This spacious 3 level, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath duplex offers panoramic views of Sleeping Giant, Emerald Mountain, the Yampa River & Downtown Steamboat and makes a fantastic vacation rental. It will comfortably sleep 6 adults, but can accommodate a few more kids with Tri-Foam Mattresses.

The unit is updated with granite countertops, mountain style doors and cabinetry, warm paint colors, nice artwork and has ample closet space. The main level has a great open living area which features big windows and the amazing views from inside as well as a nice size outdoor deck. The main level also includes a full kitchen, dining table with 8 chairs, counter seating (4 bar stools), large sofa, extra seating, large flat screen TV, DVD player, lots of board games and books and a half bathroom. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a huge butcher block island, tons of counter space and is stocked with everything you'll need. There is a gas grill and outdoor heater on the deck. Off the main floor is a little backyard area, this area is now fenced in!

All 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the upstairs level. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom with a tub shower combo. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. There is another full bathroom in the hallway for bedrooms 2 and 3 with a tub shower combo.

You enter the unit and access the attached 2-car garage on the bottom level. There is also an area on this level with a full size washer and dryer.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected

Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.

There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.

"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.

No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.

Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.

Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)

Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.

iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.

Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.

Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Property was situated in a great spot, just for enough outside of town for a view but close enough to get anywhere downtown in minutes. Private back yard was worth the price of admission alone for our dog. Staff was always super responsive and offering their availability if we needed anything, would book again!

Loved Little Moon Trail! At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful Mountain view all around! At first we were all concerned with the stairs (5 senior citizens age 70-78) but, we did just fine! Proud of ourselves going up & down several times a day at the end of our stay 😀. Home was nicely furnished with all our needs and conveniences, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, a deck and please, remember, the view!! Had the great fortune of seeing a big bear walk right by the property!! Amazing property. 5 adults with plenty of space. Large rooms, open concept kitchen, dining & living room. One very small comment...we could have used a better large frypan. There was only 1 of those with 2 broken handles. Many people don't cook while on vacation but we were in Steamboat for many days and did cook. Everything at this property far outweighed this little inconvenience!

Spectacular views from the many large windows in the house. The house is very spacious and has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, cookware and bath towels. Heated garage is a plus! Had six people in our group and plenty of space. Love the large butcher block island and flow of the kitchen into the dining/living areas. Had just a couple issues upon arrival—trash was not taken out from previous guests and TV did not work. However called and they promptly came over to rectify. The shuttle service is terrific—easy to reserve and prompt pick up. The only downsides: the turn into the garage from the driveway is super tight, may have trouble if you have a large SUV/van. Also, our driveway was the only one not shoveled/plowed, so we got stuck several times in the deep snow ruts, trying to exit the driveway. Also there is only one TV available in the main living area—could maybe use some tvs in the upstairs bedrooms. Otherwise fantastic stay and very responsive to texts.

Our recent stay at Little Moon Retreat was GREAT! It's a lovely place that's very spacious but there are many steps so you will get in your exercise! The iTrip folks were great resolving a minor concern upon arrival. If I suggested any improvements, it would be to put a couple of luggage racks in the bedrooms so there's a place to put suitcases. We simply loved the balcony and watching the gorgeous lights of Steamboat. It was so convenient to access the trails and great downtown dining!

We found Little Moon Retreat to be super comfortable for our group of 6 people. (3 well behaved couples...) Plenty of space, great kitchen and living area, great outdoor deck with a nice grill, which we used. Bathrooms were nice also. Plenty of towels and supplies. The location is indeed walkable to town, and the hike back up the hill provides a nice short workout for the legs. It's also nice to have a garage - one of us is a cyclist and it was handy to have for storage and a covered place to tweak the bikes. A+

Would highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in the Steamboat area. We visited over the July 4 weekend with our adult children and were very happy with the accommodations. Besides the spacious great room there is a balcony overlooking the town with 180 degree views to the west and north, where we were able to see multiple fireworks in all directions. There is also a pleasant patio area in the back with a table where we had breakfast. There is no air conditioning, so in the summer you need to be careful about windows open and shading. But there are multiple floor fans, enough to move air around in all the bedrooms and the downstairs area. The unit also welcomes pets, and our "granddog" thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well.

Good location with easy access to restaurants/shops in the downtown area and not too far from the ski resort. The free shuttle provided was especially convenient for getting around. Living area and bedrooms are comfortable, and kitchen is well stocked. Would stay here again for a winter ski trip.

Second time we've stayed in this condo. Everything was fine both times. Kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Good work surfaces. Big new fridge. Good gas range. Even had a coffee grinder for us coffee snobs. Big dining room table. Large, plush couch in the living room. Bedrooms have plenty of room. Good carpet. Bathrooms clean and new. Washer and dryer worked fine. Two car warm garage. Driveway kept plowed early and often. Beautiful view of the ski hill, surrounding mountains, and main street of town. Back yard for dog walking. Management helpful, friendly, and responsive.

This home is very nicely equipped and maintained. There are plenty of dishes, linens, utensils, paper goods, supplies, etc. The home is roomy and comfortable with a nice deck in front with table, grill, and heater, and a small patio in the rear which is perfect for giving the dog a quick walk. The location is convenient both to downtown SS and Eastern SS by the gondola area. As for value, we felt the price was very reasonable even though we were just two people and a dog. We cooked about half the time and the kitchen was nicely equipped and as well, previous visitors had left a good basic supply of spices. We recommend this propertyvery much.

We thoroughly enjoyed out trip to the Little Moon Retreat. Beautiful place, very cozy and the open space is perfect to play games, cook, watch t.v. etc. We loved the guest guidance book that was provided and it was very helpful to find great restaurants, things to do etc. It was very nice to be able to have our dogs there with us. Perfect location for everything Steamboat has to offer. One item to note is that the neighbors next door do sometimes park in your space/block your garage. We had to contact them twice to remove their car. Other than that a perfect getaway.

My family and I stayed here during Winter Carnival Weekend. Everything was Awesome! Great house, large island for entertaining, and the deck was perfect view for the Fireworks over Howelsen Hill. The 2 car heated garage was an unexpected suprise. The location is close to everything, town, grocery store, pool, and Mt. Werner. This is one of very few "pet friendly" affordable homes. We can't wait to come back.

We had our family together for a few days, 3 couples, and the space was perfect. Once couple was in a bedroom with twin beds, but that was fine. The living area is spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms are good sized and beds are comfortable. It is very nice to have a garage as well. Kitchen is well stocked.. The place is not fancy or particularly new, but it is kept up well, very clean, great location between skiing and downtown with a beautiful view! We had a great time and would come back again.

This is our first family ski trip to Steamboat. The townhome at Little Moon Trail is perfectly appointed, clean, and comfortable; everything we expected for our family of 5. The view of main street and mountains is great. Just a short drive to shops and dinning on main street or the ski resort. There is also a free bus service if you don't have a vehicle. iTrip provided all of the information we needed in full detail and prior to our arrival. We would recommend this location for one coming to Steamboat.

Startup was a little rough. Our ITrip contact did all he could to help and then resolved the issues. Contractors working the exterior were all over the building when we arrived. They worked hard and most of the work was complete 4 days in. They were very polite contractors.The unit itself is amazing. Great views in almost every direction and the interior is furnished and kept very well. View from the balcony is out of this world.

We had a wonderful time! Our parents accompanied us, and our new 6 month-old baby, and our corgi, to Steamboat for a family get-away. The condo was clean and in great condition. The kitchen had all tools needed to cook meals. Although the condo is not air conditioned, it stays comfortable even in the heat of August thanks so the provided fans. At night, this was not a problem at all, as it cooled down considerably (highs in 80's by day, lows in 40's by night). I loved the location. It was close enough to downtown that I was able to walk everywhere that I wanted to go to (the hot spring, a spa on the yampa, the rodeo, and my favorite steakhouse). The views were fantastic. I enjoyed the view of mountains and downtown every pleasantly chilly morning on the deck, with a hot cup of coffee. Finally, we loved that this was a pet friendly condo. We love bringing our "fur baby" with us everywhere. Even as a pet friendly condo, it was incredibly clean and minimal wear.

We are happy to recommend Little Moon. We enjoyed our week's stay in the summer. It is a great house located very conveniently (5 minutes) between downtown and everything one could need; grocery pharmacy, restaurants, fast food etc. You will need a car. The house is modern, neat, clean, airy, with a great view downtown. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed. The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The two car garage underneath would be very handy in winter. We enjoyed complete privacy in a pleasant family neighborhood. Part of the week there were six of our family staying and every one (age 6 to 75) was comfortably accommodated. The Xfinity cable TV and wifi were reliable. Everything was in good working order. There was a welcome collection of games, puzzles, books. Joel (iTrip Vacations of Steamboat) was excellent to work with. He responded quickly to emails and was always pleasant and helpful. One of the nicest guys I never met! Be sure to grab a Steamboat Connections Coupon Book upon arrival. Everything you'll be interested in has a discount coupon in that publication. There is lots to do in Steamboat in the summer.

This house was amazing. Beautiful and stocked with everything needed plus some! We especially enjoyed all the books to read and games for the kids! The views were gorgeous. Two decks to sit outside. A great condo for the family. Pros: Location, garage, area for pets to go out, huge island and dining room table, kids activities (puzzles, games, books), super fast wi-fi, cable with ginormous tv, large closets, laundry, quiet neighborhood. We comfortably slept a family of 5 and easily could have had a couple more. Laundry is on the first floor so there is a lot of stair climbing. It would also be helpful to have drawers/dressers in the upstairs bedrooms. We couldn't fit our van in the garage because it was too tall (with a pod on top). We could easily park in front of the garage but there isn't a lot of room for guest cars. Would certainly come back again.

This beautiful home is located at the end of a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly. The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances in the unit are up-to-date. Our only complaint would be that the sounds from downtown Lincoln Avenue carry up the hillside and since there is NO Air Conditioning in this house, open windows make for less than perfect sleeping in the Master Bedroom. We had some troubles understanding all the miscellaneous charges for the rental during the booking process, but Jason at iTrip Vacations Steamboat Springs was very accomodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.at Little Moon. We loved the open spaces on the main level along with the deck overlooking the town, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We cant wait to visit again.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Little Moon Retreat townhome. It is a really nice, clean and cozy vacation home and we were able to bring not only our young daughter, but our dog with us as well! It really made our vacation in Steamboat Springs stress and worry-free! The location of the home is great and so close to downtown Steamboat. From the beginning the communication with Jason was great! He was really responsive, accommodating and nice! I couldn't have been happier with the whole booking and staying experience! I will definitely recommend the Little Moon Retreat to anybody who is planning a trip to Steamboat Springs!

This 3 bedroom open floor plan town home is the perfect family getaway! The only wall shared is away from the bedrooms, so it is very quiet a private. It is 10 minutes from the Gondola and 5 minutes from the downtown hot springs and shopping. We had a wonderful time!!!
