Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access. Unit 205 has some wonderful updates and provides an inviting and relaxing place to call home during your stay in Snowmass. Any time of year you and your traveling companions will appreciate the open concept living space with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy time together. The den area offers a great space to play a board game, enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning and offers extra bedding to accommodate the needs of your group. The private balcony with views of the surrounding mountains or the welcoming living room furnishings are perfect spots to unwind after a day of enjoying a day of adventures in Aspen Snowmass.

This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. The second bedroom offers three separate beds to accommodate a variety of travelers. The master bedroom has a large king bed and both bedrooms feature en-suite baths with separate vanity areas. The second bedroom with a queen and twin beds is perfect for a small family, few friends or siblings. The den/dining area becomes a third sleeping area when the accordion door is closed and the two additional twins make for a total of 6 separate beds in this condo.

Guests staying at the Shadowbrook will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or soak up some fresh Colorado mountain air on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from.

Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will be come a repeat guest as well!

Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed.

  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
  • All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles at check-out. If the home is left in an excessively unclean manner please note we will charge $50/hour for additional cleaning time needed after your departure.  
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • Check-in time is after 4pm, may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.  Check-out time is 10am.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily maid service.  Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.  A starter supply of paper products is provided.  Any additional needed during your stay is your responsibility.
  • "No pets or emotional support animals" policy must be observed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.
  • Smoking (cigarette and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on any outdoor patio or balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged a $1000 fee if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered under the insurance.  You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  This is also grounds for eviction.
  • Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.  Any violations will result in a fine of at least $150.  Repeated violations are grounds for eviction.
  • If your vacation rental requires a parking permit for a vehicle, this pass must be left or returned per your rental instructions, or there will be a fine of $200 per missing pass.
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved includes a community pool and hot tub or private hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool, hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings,Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool, hot tub and patio areas.  If the facilities close due to weather, mechanical or HOA requirements we do not offer refunds.
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
  • Any violation of posted rules at property that incur a fine will be the responsibility of the tenant. Examples include access outside of pool and hot tub hours, improper disposal of trash, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  
  • By signing this agreement you agree that your rental is transient in nature and does not provide you with tenant rights.  Transient accommodations or “short term rentals” are also subject to applicable Colorado Sales, county and city taxes which are added as a part of your total payment. Should the laws change regarding applicable taxes, we will adjust your booking accordingly.  We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes.

The Shadowbrook condo met and went beyond our expectations. Instructions for our arrival and departure were clear and concise. The location to the bus stops was great and buses were incredibly on time to the minute! The kitchen was supplied with any thing we could have possibly needed. We initially had a problem with the power to the refrigerator. After a note to management, maintenance arrived within 10 minutes to solve the problem. We would highly recommend a vacation stay at this property!

The location was absolutely perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed, the reservation process was easy and the checkout procedure was very simple. We only had one issue, the microwave doesn't seem to work, it wasn't a problem but should be fixed. Having a wood burning fireplace -vs- the normal gas fireplace was an added bonus.

We had the most amazing trip !! The condo was spectacular it really had all we needed . Kitchen , towels , appliances , jacuzzi, beds, Pillows, perfect location for ski in and ski out we really did not need a car or the shuttle . The website and attention throughout was extraordinary . This is our second time in this condo as it is spacious, great location and meets our needs. However, this time, the show door fell off the rail on my brothers foot and it blead and bruised it. i reported the incident, the door /rail was fixed that day, However, no one followed up to inquire about my brothers foot injury etc... Very disappointing....

While we do understand it appears we did not reach out to you specifically to follow up on your brothers foot we did come immediately to access the situation and fix the shower door that day and then came again the next day as soon as we could with a new coffee pot you requested. It is important to our guests that they receive prompt and courteous service and our reviews do indicate as such. It is disappointing to learn that no one specifically inquired about your brothers condition however we do not feel that a one star review is warranted considering our attention and response to you and your family’s needs throughout the rest of your stay. Would you consider changing your 1 star review as it does negatively affect the perception of the condominium and is not an accurate reflection of our overall level of customer service? Some Easy Improvements Will Help

This was our first time staying in this unit (but not at Shadowbrook). The layout was great for us with the one bedroom that had 2 additional twin beds (for family of 4). The den with 2 more twin beds also good, but the additional blankets to use (located in closet with cleaning supplies both had hair on them & didn’t appear to be clean). Because all 3 bathrooms (great #) are extremely small, it would be very helpful to have hooks on the back of the bathroom & bedroom doors to hang towels/robes etc. In each bedroom it appeared that 1/2 of the closet was closed off for use….limited hanging space & more hangers would be helpful (especially since this unit sleeps up to 8 people). In previous units we’ve enjoyed having cards, games etc. to use. There definitely is space to add some. There were old magazines, a puzzle in tv cabinet. We’ve also had kitchen cupboard space for groceries so they don’t need to be on counters. So many miscellaneous pots/pans in all cupboards…perhaps free up one more cupboard would be good for grocery storage. We did report the faulty ceiling plan, loose coat hooks & loose faucet & we’re pleased that Shadowbrook acknowledged the repair. We enjoyed Shadowbrook again & look forward to our next visit! All of the recommendations in this review I feel are relatively “easy fixes” and would make this a 5 star review.

We had a terrific time. Location is great, easy access to restaurants, activities and shuttle. Nice balcony, pool and hot tub. Kitchen and baths are updated. Condo could use some new carpet and brightening up.

ways to improve our stay

Hi, We had a great time but there are a few things that could be improved upon: Good knives in the kitchen for cooking a full meal. We used one knife for many purposes because most of them simply did not work. Good pair of kitchen scissors. Repair ceiling fan in Master Bedroom Unclog slow drain in Master Bathroom sink. Need better humidifiers. The hand mixer did not have the attachments (not that I could find, anyway). The carpet could be replaced soon. We had trouble getting the tile floor to heat up. The speakers in the main TV seem to be shot. Thanks, Beth

Had a great experience! The condo is the best ski-in-ski out condo you can get and a 2 minute walk to Snowmass Mall. If you love convenience in skiing, Shadowbrook is the best. This was our second stay at Shadowbrook.

We rented a condo, and unlike other sites, it was true ski in & ski out. The condo was great, clean, had everything we needed (i even forgot my kids sippy cups and the condo had 3!), AMAZING LOCATION and as a family of 4 adults and 2 kids we had such a great time. However, the BEST of all the experience was the service provided by the ITrip Vacations team. We needed more wood, they answered IMMEDIATELY (not kidding), we thought we might have an issue with the hot water and they came in close to midnight to check on everything. I have travelled the world and stayed in luxurious hotels, and so far, this has been the best service team i have ever encountered. Thank you ITrip Vacations team. I hope to be back next year to the same unit, but most importantly to one that you offer, as i know i will be in GREAT hands! Definitely an iTrip Vacation team fan for life!
