Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

As you enter the home, you will be greeted with endless history and charm. The interior of this home has remained at it roots, with reclaimed wood floors, décor, and wood from different historic locations and charming antiques throughout for added character. This home is truly in a class of its own! As you enter the first level, you will notice the first-floor laundry and additional space for added comfort. There are 4 built-in twin-sized bunks on this level and a full bathroom for additional sleeping arrangements.

The second level of the home features the open concept main living area that brings together the kitchen dining and living room, so everyone can spread out but still feel connected. Cozy up on the comfortable living room seating and have a family night watching a movie on the flat screen T.V. The dining room features a large table with seating for 9 plus 5 more at the large kitchen island! There is a half bath in the kitchen for added convenience. Also on the second level is the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, private bathroom, and even an enclave with a twin-sized bed and a pack-n-play, perfect for a little one!

Off the living room is the large multi-level porch that wraps all the way around the entire home offering breathtaking lake views. With plenty of seating and a hammock for those who would rather spend time outdoors, this is sure to be a favorite space of the home! Access the third and even 4th-floor levels of the balcony, which offers stunning gulf views from the very top!

The third floor of the home features a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full-sized trundle bed and private balcony access. There is a shared bathroom on this level. The third bedroom is on this level with a full-sized bed, twin-sized bunk, and private balcony!

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.

Starter Amenity Package:

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.
