Welcome to “Beach Breeze”!

This beautiful newly renovated in spring 2020 beach home is located in the popular community of Summers's Edge in Seagrove Beach. It has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from several of it's FIVE decks and is sure to be the perfect location for your family's next vacation getaway!

The beach access is only 50 yards away, along with two community pools (one of which is seasonally heated) that are also only a short stroll from the home!

On the first floor of the home, you will enter the first of two living areas. This set-up makes it perfect for older kids to have their own space, or even two different families to have room to spread out and relax! There are three bedrooms on this level, the first featuring two sets of twin sized bunk beds, and the second with a queen-sized bed! There is a shared bathroom off the hallway. The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and attached bathroom with shower.

Out back, is the perfect outdoor space to spend the evenings, the screened in porch!

As you make your way to the second level of the home, you will enter the spacious open concept living, kitchen and dining area. Gather around on the large sectional in the living room for family movie nights on the flat screen or spend time on the second level balcony making your beach plans for the day! The beautifully appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and a table that can seat up to 4 guests. There is also a large dining area equipped with a table that can seat an additional 8 guests! The 4th bedroom with a King-sized bed in on this level also.

The third-floor tower room is sure to be everyone’s favorite spot to hangout! Equipped with a cozy sofa that turns into a queen sleeper, flat screen T.V. and a wet bar, the inside space is just the beginning! Enjoy wonderful gulf views from the balcony, and really take in the beach breezes!

Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen (Formerly Live Well 30A)! This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.

The house was perfect for our annual family beach trip. Plenty of room to stretch out and everyone had their on space. The only small issue is the FOBS. I wish we could go back to the code as there are never enough fobs for larger groups.

Just returned from spending a week with friends at Beach Breeze. Luckily, we missed spring break and there were no crowds! The house, as usual, was spotless. It is in a great location for adults and families. The house, and community, is very well maintained and we have vacationed there annually for about ten years. We experienced a minor mechanical issue with the dishwasher and the management company was out to the house early the next day. Very responsive. All in all, a very fun experience.

A perfect place!!

This home is so great! It has 5 decks/balconies (2 in front and 3 on the back of the house) Those spaces in addition to all the indoor living space were amazing!!! So much room for people to spread out and work or just have coffee or drink wine and watch the sun set. The home is well equipped and only a short walk to a community pool and private beach access. We were blessed with AMAZING weather and had the best trip ever! Seaside is the cutest town and this home is just 2 miles from all the quaint downtown of Seaside with all it's shops and food trucks. Definitely want to come back!!!

Summer’s Edge Beach Breeze

We had a wonderful time but there were a few issues. We have stayed at different Summer’s Edge properties in years past but stayed at Inlet beach the last few years. Great memories brought us back to Summer’s Edge. We were shocked to discover we were designated to a tiny section on the beach and all of the space directly by the water was occupied by a beach chair/umbrella company. Further, the key fob situation was challenging with only two fobs for a group of 12 people. Lastly, the internet speed was at crawl which was very challenging as some people needed access for work.

Beach Breeze - 2 weeks in paradise!

We just spent two weeks at Beach Breeze in the Summers Edge community. Best location for a family get together...1 minute walk to the pool and 2 minute walk to the beach. Perfect location for enjoying Seaside and Alys Beach restaurants and shopping. The house is in great condition and iTrip arranged for a mid-stay house cleaning as there were different guests coming in for the second week. Have stayed at Beach Breeze mulitiple time and hope to stay there again in the future.

Beach breeze was a great house. The kitchen was lacking a few basics, but It was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for our multiple family getaway. The air conditioning was great.The location was awesome, the beach and the pool was just a short walk away. The views from the top two balconies are great! Would definitely book this property again.

The visit to Santa Rosa was flawless. We had a wonderful time cooking, eating, sleeping and enjoying all that the area has for entertainment. Everything was in order when we got there, the views from the balconies were very nice, the house was comfortable, and access to the beach was very easy. When the children (and parents) were tired, the pool was very close. We really enjoyed the Beach Breeze house, and will be staying again.

Perfect Vacation House

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, beautiful and tastefully decorated. We found everything to be in working order and there were plenty of towels, bed linens, toilet paper, etc. We were pleasantly surprised by how short the walk was from our house to the beach and the location of the house was close to pretty much everything, too, including at least a couple of state parks which we visited. We didn't see a single spider during our stay either. We would gladly stay in Beach Breeze during our next visit to the area!

Unfortunately, this is not going to be a good review. When we arrived, the code on the door to enter did not work properly. The internet was not working, Only a couple of the TV's were receiving the signal from Media cast to get the various programs. The grill was not working. No supplies (ie dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and more) were there so we had to make a separate trip to the store to get those things. The property manager was responsive but I don't feel like I should have to get things "fixed" that should just be working. Also, my oldest daughter had 6 spider bites. We saw 2 spiders in the room and also a roach in my bedroom. It was supposed to be a vacation for me and my daughters and their children. It was a hassle!

We appreciate the review. We are sorry that the guest was not 100% satisfied with their stay. In regards to the review: We responded to the door code issue and helped the guest access the home in a expeditious manner. We were able to help with TVs and Internet as well. In regards to the internet and TVs, our agreement clearly states that internet, cable TV, and other similar amenities are never guaranteed, as from time to time there can be problems with the providers and or equipment. But, again this problem was resolved expeditiously. A starter supply of soaps and paper products are available for our guests - depending on family size and usage the guests may need to pick up more supplies as the visit goes on - this is also explained in our rental agreement. We were also able to assist with the grill. We are sorry and agree that a guest having to call for help during their stay is a hassle, however, we were able to accommodate the guest quickly and efficiently. We would like to add that the home is treated on a monthly basis for pests. We were never notified of spiders or problems with pests during our visits or correspondence with guest(s). Again, we appreciate the review and we love hearing from all of our guests. We are open to any and all input and suggestions, as this gives us room for growth and helps us to give our guests the best service and vacations possible.
