Enjoy this adorable 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom, dog-friendly modern home with very large fenced in yard. This house is 1 mile from Sagamore Beach, Scusset Beach State Reservation, and the Cape Cod Canal and is fully equipped for you to enjoy a great stay in a peaceful area, including central air!
There's a great back deck area with furniture that steps down to a very large fully enclosed fenced in back yard. You will have everything you need to bring your dog along: 1 large crate is provided and assembled, waste bags and outdoor disposal bin provided, water and food bowls provided. Please reach out to us if you have any further questions about our dog-friendly policy.
The kitchen has modern appliances, dishwasher and all the equipment/utensils needed to enjoy your stay. There's a breakfast table that separates the kitchen from the living area, which has a large L-shaped couch and full screen smart TV. The bedrooms are very comfortable and both have queen-size beds and the bathroom has a traditional tub/shower combo. You're welcome to take advantage of the washer/dryer in the basement as well.

- Primary renter must be 25 years or older
- Pet friendly home is for a DOG only. Owner is severely allergic to cats. This home allows 1 dog with a nightly Fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional fee.
- Sheets and bath towels are provided and must stay with the property when you check out - please be prepared to be charged a fee if there are missing towels
- No smoking/vaping indoors
- Parking in driveway for 2-3 cars. Parking also available on street / side street
- Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on the property
- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!
These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

Tenant and guests agree to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant and guests found the premises to be upon check-in, normal wear and tear expected

Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping. Towels should be placed in the bathroom on the floor.

All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.

The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 4 people, not including a child in a crib.

Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.

Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the unit

Dogs are allowed with the payment of the required pet fee. The owner is severely allergic to cats and they are not allowed on the premises. Non-disclosure of pets will result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises and forfeiting all rents and security/damage deposits. Dogs need to be crated/kenneled at all times when alone in the house. You are responsible for any damaged caused by the pet. You take full responsibility for your pet and hold JJWood Property Management, LLC (iTrip Boston & South Shore) and OWNER harmless and will defend any lawsuits resulting from the actions of your pet. Also, the pet is considered personal property for the purposes of this agreement.

You are required to dispose of your dog's waste and a receptacle has been provided.

Parking is provided and details are included in the check-in instructions. If the property provides parking passes and they are lost or not returned, a $50 charge per pass will result (cost of replacement of the pass).

Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).

Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Massachusetts, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Massachusetts or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits
