Port Royal Rental
5/5 stars
Our stay at 1200 London Avenue was perfect. The house is very well equipped with numerous kitchen essentials. It is clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable. The location is perfect for us as we bike on the Spanish Moss Trail every day. We will definitely stay here again.

Just Right for Friends Weekend
5/5 stars
We were so lucky to book this house cute and comfortable a few weeks before our birthday friends (two couples) weekend. It just happened to coincide with the first annual Port Royal Mardi Gras parade. It was a treat being able to walk to all the interesting destinations in PR. We can't wait to do it again!

Great Home-Base for Parris Island Graduation
5/5 stars
We stayed at London off Paris for my daughter’s graduation from boot camp. We found this house perfect for our stay. It was clean well equipped.and furnished. We were wishing we had more time to stay at the. house. The porch is lovely and would be a great spot for a family meal. The town of Port Royal is very cute and walkable.

Lovely home
5/5 stars
Very nice stay despite the weather! Comfy and nicely decorated. Bring your condiments as they don’t have much in the pantry but the home is so close to restaurants, it may not be an issue. Manager was super friendly and accommodating. Overall a great choice for Port Royal!

Perfect vacation house
5/5 stars
This house in Port Royal was perfect for my husband and me. It was very organized, clean and well supplied. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as places to visit like the Port Royal Historical Museum and the Cypress Wetlands to see nesting Herons and Egrets. We would rent this house again on another trip to SC.

Repeat Renter - Always Happy
5/5 stars
This was our third time renting this home and we were not disappointed! Everything is always as it says. The home had little refresh touches throughout since our last visit. Home is comfortable and neighborhood is adorable. Walking distance to local restaurants and activities. This home is a winner - clean, cozy, location and amenities!

Peaceful highly recommend
5/5 stars
We came down to watch my Son graduation at Parris Island, it was only a 10 minute drive. The house was very clean and in a quite town. Highly recommend staying here it was very peaceful if you are a early bird get a cup of coffee and sit on the porch and you can hear the frogs in the am. If you walk down to the boardwalk there is a nice beer wagon and band it was so relaxing.

Wonderful weekend getaway
5/5 stars
We decided to take a Christmas break, away from home, and our stay at 1200 London could not have been better. Check-in was easy, the house was spotlessly clean, and has all the amenities you could want. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked our Christmas dinner here! The house is in a very quiet area, but close to the small shops in Port Royal, and only a 10 minute drive to Beaufort. It is a few minutes from the beach, and the boardwalk, where you can fish. It is also a good location for day trips to Savannah and Charleston, and Hilton Head Island. This was probably one of our nicest vacation properties we have rented.

Adorable Cottage
5/5 stars
Wonderful, bright, cheerfully decorated cottage in Port Royal. Only two blocks to the locals favorite restaurant, Madison's and a couple more blocks to the lively Fishcamp restaurant. This home provides easy access to the Sands Waterfront Park and lovely pier with Observation Tower. Loved the towels and bath products! Kitchen was stocked with dish soap and dish towel. There were lots of cooking items, but we only made coffee and ate cereal. :) Aside from one dirty coffee mug - the house was very clean. There was some evidence of pet hair, so if you have allergies, ask about it. There is bright streetlight that shines in the Master bedroom. There are blackout shades behind the shutters. (Although, the one on the right is tricky- just barely balanced in the holder. Small maintenance issue.) All and All an Excellent Stay and we plan to rent this same house again and are very pleased with the management iTrip provides.
