Frequently Asked Questions

ABOUT SERVICE DOGS
The ADA regulations provide that the work or tasks performed by the service dog must be directly related to the person’s disability and specifically mention the following examples:
·      assisting persons who are blind or have low vision to navigate or other tasks,
·      alerting persons who are deaf or hard of hearing to the presence of people or sounds,
·      assisting an individual having a seizure,
·      pulling a wheelchair,
·      alerting a person to the presence of allergens,
·      retrieving items such as medicine or the telephone,
·      providing physical support and assistance with balance or stability to a mobility-impaired person,
·      preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors in persons with psychiatric or neurological disabilities.
SERVICE ANIMALS ARE NOT PETS
We get a lot of requests to make reasonable accommodations for Service Dogs and Assistance Animals. Service animals are not pets. They are trained to work and aid their handlers. We are always willing to waive our standard Pet Fees and make accommodations for TRUE Service Dogs and Assistance Animals in our pet-friendly and Pet vacation rental properties in accordance with the ADA regulations and Fair Housing Laws, in which we are very well versed. However, as much as we all love dogs, as much as we respect service animals and what they do, and as much as we want everyone to be comfortable on vacation, we have a duty to our property owners and to future guests to uphold the rule of law. The laws governing Service Dogs and Assistance Animals are much more nuanced and in-depth than one may think from a cursory search on the internet. There is a lot of false information out there.
PETS ARE NOT SERVICE ANIMALS
Unfortunately, we get a LOT of people who claim that their pet is a Service Dog or Assistance Animal. We know that many websites and organizations will help people try to portray their pet as a Service Dog or Assistance Animal without meeting any legal requirements through online or mail-in “certifications.” Please know that currently, there is no legally recognized organization for registering service dogs or assistance animals. These websites make money off people who do not know any better.
People falsely claiming a pet is a Service Dog or Assistance Animal can face extreme punishments, including hefty fines and even imprisonment. Know that out of our love and respect for Service Dogs and Assistance Animals, we have a zero-tolerance policy on misrepresentation, and we report all suspected offenders while pushing for full prosecution. We know that some people have been misinformed or misled by websites and organizations that try to sell a “Service Dog” certification to owners of pets that are not qualified or needed. If you are one of these people, we caution you.

Service animal

In most cases, a service animal is a dog trained to perform a task that mitigates the symptoms or impact of the handler's disability. Some common types of service animals include:
  • Guide dogs for the blind
  • Hearing alert dogs for the deaf
  • Seizure alert dogs
  • Assistance dogs for a handler with autism or other developmental disability and mental illnesses such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Emotional support animal

Emotional support animals are not trained to perform a specific task. They are companion animals who help their owners cope with the symptoms of emotional and mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. Emotional support animals are not allowed in public places, with only a few exceptions.

Therapy animal

Therapy animals and their owner are certified or registered to enter long-term care facilities, hospitals, rehab centers, schools, and other public places by invitation. They are often used to complement several types of health care. Therapy animals are generally not protected by service animal access laws.

Rights and responsibilities of service animal handlers

  • Handlers are not generally denied the right to stay at a property because they require a service animal.
  • Handlers generally don’t have to disclose their disability or what causes their disability.
  • They must be willing to confirm that the animal is a service animal and attest to what task the animal performs.
  • Handlers must have their animal under control either on a leash or by verbal command if they are unable to use a leash. They must pick up after the animal and dispose of waste appropriately.
  • Handlers must keep their service animal with them. At no time may they be left unattended.

Host's rights and responsibilities

  • The host may ask if the animal is a service animal and what tasks the animal performs.
  • We will not charge a pet fee or increase the security deposit amount for service animals since they’re not pets. However, we can charge for damage above and beyond reasonable usage caused by the handler and their service animal.
  • We will offer the same level of quality and value for services and products. That includes doing everything we can to help the handler feel safe, welcome, and understood.

Experience innovative kosher cuisine, including traditional Sabbath meals on Friday evening at Bistro Kosher Deli, located in the Silverado Lodge. The restaurant will be open for the winter season in early December. Attend orthodox synagogue services in a small Shul adjacent to Bistro — offering Sabbath services conducted every Friday and Saturday and additional services during the week — all within walking distance of all Canyons Village properties.

Please note this policy does not apply to homes listed as "pet-friendly."

Our house rules strictly prohibit unattended animals, including Service and Emotional Support Animals, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

Please get in touch with us for further information.
POOL AND SPA

If equipped, spa heating is included. Pool heating, unless solar-equipped, incurs an additional fee and must be paid for before use. Guest agrees not to tamper with pool heat controls or manipulate the heater in any way. Pool heat shall not surpass 86 degrees.

The guest acknowledges the absence of fencing or security around the pool and spa area. Guest fully comprehends and accepts responsibility and liability for any damages incurred by the pool, spa, and its accompanying equipment due to Guest misuse and/or negligence.

Here at iTrip Park City ensuring a clean, comfortable and safe environment for our guests is our top priority. We strive to maintain high standards in every home we manage. Part of our high standards includes using the triple sheeting method on each bed in every home.

What is Triple Sheeting?

Triple sheeting is a technique where three sheets are used to make a bed instead of a duvet cover or bedspread.

  1. The first sheet is placed on top of the mattress protector and can be a fitted or tucked in flat sheet.
  2. Next is a flat sheet which lays between the guest and the warmth layer (a plush blanket insert)
  3. Finally, a third sheet (often referred to as a top cover) is used on top of the blanket/insert. The top cover often has decorative stripes or a jacquard woven design to add a touch of sophistication to the guest room.

We are dedicated to sourcing linens that meet our standards for softness and durability. This helps to provide that awesome feeling when our guests can climb into a clean, well made bed.

BRINGING A SERVICE DOG OR ASSISTANCE ANIMAL

When planning to bring a service dog or assistance animal to an allowed vacation rental home:

All service dogs and assistance animals must be declared at the time of booking whenever possible and before the check-in date.

As the handler, be prepared to answer the following questions:

For Service Dogs:
1. Do you or a person in your party need this animal to accompany them due to a disability?
2. What work or tasks has the animal been trained to perform that relate to the disability?

For Assistance Animals:
1. Does the person seeking to bring the animal have a disability, i.e., a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities?
2. Does the animal work, provide assistance, perform tasks or services for the benefit of the person with the disability, or provide emotional support that alleviates one or more of the identified symptoms or effects of the person’s disability?

If you are a guest at a private home, we will take care of taking the garbage cans out for collection and in once they're emptied.

A team member may enter the garage during your stay to access the cans or put them away.

They do not have access to the inside of home.

If you are staying in a home with a wood-burning fireplace, please read and follow the guidelines listed below:

How to Use The Wood-Burning Fireplace

To use the wood-burning fireplace, you must have dry wood. This is not something that iTrip supplies; however, it can be purchased at nearby stores.

Before starting a fire, ensure the flue is fully open - this is crucial for allowing smoke to escape from the house.
Only use wood in the fireplace; do not add paper, fire starters, or pinecones.
It is important to stay in the room until the fire is completely extinguished.

To ensure the safety and efficiency of your wood-burning fireplace, there are a few important guidelines to follow. These guidelines will not only keep you and your home safe, but they will also help you get the most out of your fireplace.

Dry wood is essential when using a wood-burning fireplace. Wet or damp wood can create excess smoke and lead to a build-up of creosote in the chimney, which can be highly flammable. It is recommended to use seasoned wood that has been left to dry for at least six months.

While we do not supply wood for your fireplace, there are many stores nearby where you can purchase it (including 7 11 and most grocery stores). Make sure to only buy high-quality dry wood from reputable sources. Avoid using treated or painted wood, as they can release harmful chemicals into the air when burned.

Before starting a fire, always make sure that the flue is fully open. This allows for proper ventilation and prevents smoke from entering your home. It is also important to keep the flue open until the fire has been completely extinguished.

Never add paper, fire starters, or pinecones when burning wood in the fireplace. These materials can cause sparks and increase the risk of a chimney fire. Stick to using only dry wood in the fireplace.

Lastly, always stay in the room while the fire is burning and never leave it unattended. This will ensure that you are aware of any potential hazards and can take action if needed. Once the fire has been extinguished, make sure to properly dispose of the ashes in a metal container and store them outside, away from any flammable materials.

If you have any questions, please contact us, and we would be happy to help.

Please treat this privately owned home respectfully, as you would your own.

  • We kindly ask that you respect all neighbors.
  • Please observe the quiet hours indicated in your check-in instructions. Typically quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am; Failure to comply may result in fines.
  • Our policy strictly prohibits parties. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees AND immediate eviction without a refund.
  • Kindly remove your ski boots upon entering the house.
  • This is a non-smoking home. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees AND immediate eviction without a refund.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, the home is not pet-friendly. Please, no pets in the home or on the premises.
No Party Policy

As indicated on the rental agreement, all iTrip Park City properties have a strict no-party policy.

For everyone's safety, do not exceed the listed max occupancy of the home and amenities.

Unless otherwise listed, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please observe them and be respectful of the home and neighbors.

All properties and homes are non-smoking.

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing.

Violations are subject to immediate eviction without refund.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.

We appreciate your cooperation.
To ensure the comfort of all guests (including your service animal) we ask that you please provide us with advance notification if service animal assistance is required.

Please let us know if there are any other special considerations we can arrange to make your stay more comfortable.

TAKE TIME TO BE KIND

We want everyone to have a great stay but we understand that things may break or some items may get overlooked. Please reach out and we'll do our best to get them fixed in a timely manner.

We do ask that all guests TAKE TIME TO BE KIND. Common courtesy goes a long way. Sadly since the pandemic we have all witnessed an increase in disrepectful, aggressive or unacceptable behavior. Our team has taken a lot of abuse as they have experienced some very unkind guests.

Misunderstandings are one of the leading causes of complaints. Please make sure you read everything we send to you. This includes the entire rental listing, all of our house rules, all photos, all emails & texts and all the help articles in your iTrip account. This helps avoid misunderstandings.

For our own safety and security we have a zero tolerance rule with guests who are rude, abusive, discourteous or argumentative. We do not and will not engage any more beyond asking them to read our TAKE TIME TO BE KIND policy.

Good ski condo
5/5 stars
Good ski condo for Canyons. It's a little hard to find at first, but after that, no problems at all. I agree with some other reviews about the heat being hard to figure out at first. The rooms can run warm, while the living room can run cold. Good location for a 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet parking lot bucket
- Alex

Dear Alex, Thank you for staying with us and for your kind review! We're so happy to hear you loved the home and location! It's so nice to be able to go skiing without the hassle of parking. We hope to host you again in the future!

Spacious, well stocked condo in Canyons
4/5 stars
Unit in the center of the Red Pines complex was everything described. Plenty of comfortable space for a large family (or multiple, although the loft and upstairs BR are all open). Very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and basic spices. Located right across the street from the Clubhouse / Pool. Easily walkable to the village center (and to the free buses to Park City, etc.) in the summer, and the free CV Connect shuttles were great for avoiding the hike to the gondola in ski boots.
- David

Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our unit in Red Pines complex. Our team takes pride in providing a comfortable and well-stocked space for our guests. We are also delighted to know that the location was convenient for your needs and that you were able to take advantage of the amenities nearby. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Thank you for choosing our property.

Perfect Ski Condo
5/5 stars
Condo is as advertised in the pictures. Has everything you need for the perfect ski getaway. Comfortable great room to relax in the evenings. Big kitchen to cook. Washer/dryer was useful. Comfortable beds. Downstairs is a master bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs is a loft with two "rooms" and a bathroom. Could easily sleep 7, 2 downstairs and 5 upstairs, but since the upstairs is mostly open it could be tough for them to get to sleep if there is any noise downstairs. Short 5 min walk to the Cabriolet "bucket" to get up to the main lodge area and lifts. Free "Connect" van service will take you anywhere in the Canyons Village and arrives within minutes using an app. Good variety of restaurants available in the Canyons Lodge area. Heated pool and hot tubs are 100 yds up the street. We skied Canyons and Park City sides, found Canyons more enjoyable. Seemed less crowded and better variety of terrain. Hi-Valley Transit free bus service can take you pretty much anywhere in the Park City area. Management keeps you well informed and is responsive to questions. Overall great experience and a great value place to stay.
- Drew

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our property! We are delighted to hear that your experience matched the pictures and met your expectations. It sounds like you really took advantage of all the amenities and features that make our condo the perfect ski getaway. We especially appreciate your mention of our convenient transportation options, as well as the nearby restaurants and activities. Thank you again for choosing us and we would love to welcome you back for another fantastic stay!

Ski trip
4/5 stars
The condo is overall ok. Needs some updating, cold air coming thru door and windows and heat is hard to figure out at first. Tried to use grill but it would not get hot enough to cook anything. For $4000 dollars a week I expected more. Will book again thru VRBO/Itrip because it was so easy. We did enjoy our stay, the beds were comfortable, and the showers water pressure was great after a long day of skiing. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to cook and allow us to stay in if we wanted to. One suggestion is that if you would print a sheet and leave in the unit on how to operate all the heat buttons. The only other thing I would like to mention is that due to melting snow from roof during the day the water collected on the sidewalk in front of unit and refroze at night. The last we were there I slipped and fell and bruised and cut my knee open on the jagged sidewalk under the ice. Please have your maintenance people take better care in the future.
- Tracy

Dear Tracy, We are so happy to hear that it was easy to book your stay with us and that we were good hosts! Thank you so much for sharing the areas that could use some improvement. Our maintenance team will address the areas you described. We really appreciate the feedback and value our guests. Next time you stay with us please do not hesitate to reach out during your stay - we are here 24/7 and happy to help. We very much care about our guests experiences and want them to make wonderful memories! Please let us know if we can help reserve another vacation in the future, we would love to host you again!

Condo is smaller than we had expected. Overall everthing worked. Condo would be fine for a single family. We had 2 family’s and adult kids. Was a bit tight. But overall a great location and experience. The hot tub and pool were great will be better when all the covid scamdemic is over.

Convenient and Accommodating
5/5 stars
The condo has everything needed to be like home. Very organized and having a personal washer/dryer was nice so you did not have to go to the clubhouse. Having the CV Connect service was awesome. Pick up at your front door and taking you to the lifts/shops within the village was amazing!

Secluded Condo
5/5 stars
We got off to a rough start. Two or three things needed attention. The # they give to call for issues is amazing. Within 5 minutes the maintenance man called & came & fixed everything. The condo’s balcony is large & private. A great view over the golf course & mountains, there are no people looking at you. The condo is surrounded by trees & keeps very cool even with 89 temperatures which is unusual for PC. The condo has everything you need, it is well stocked. The amenities are fabulous. There are 2 great heated pools & a kiddie pool. Also, tennis

Great condo, great service
5/5 stars
This is the second time I have stayed in a Red Pine Condo and this experience was definitely superior to the last one. The condo has everything we need but isn't stuffed with extraneous clutter. I had a problem navigating the six remotes for the TV and a tech representative called me back and walked me through the process of fixing things over the phone. Thank you, Rick! One small piece of feedback: everything was perfectly clean with one exception, which is the microwave. It is in a hard -to-reach spot (above the refrigerator) and it may be difficult to see that it is dirty unless you are quite tall! But lots of remnants of old leftovers in there. But again, want to stress that everything else was spotless. Just one small (understandable) oversight!
- Laurel

Dear Laurel, Thank you for your review and for staying with us! We are glad you found the home to be clean and comfortable. We hope to host you again soon!

Red Pine Treasure Hollow T8 Unit
3/5 stars
This condo was well stocked with kitchen appliances such as blender, crock pot, coffee pot and assorted kitchenware. The pantry was also well stocked with several spices, coffee, filters, etc. Also, there were plenty of fresh linens and towels. This unit had a nice shaded patio starting mid morning through evening and the view overlooked the trees and the golf course. We originally chose this condo based on the description that the unit had air conditioning. As noted by the previous reviewer, the air conditioning turned out to be a portable unit in the loft area. The unit was too heavy to move, and being upstairs, it did nothing to cool the downstairs. We were forced to keep all the windows open that had screens, however, to get the most effective benefit of the evening breeze we had to keep the front door open, which was not screened (although the photos showed it was). The window in the living area did not have a screen and was unable to be opened. During our search for a condo in the Park City area, we were very aware that some of the units did not have air conditioning and we were very selective in only reviewing units with air conditioning. At the time we made our reservation there was no mention in the description of “portable” AC. We revisited the website after arriving and saw the most recent comment about the portable air conditioning (which was not posted when we made our reservation, as we would not have reviewed this unit). We also noticed that the main description for this unit now included the word “portable air conditioning”. On our first night (Sat.) we went to sit on the patio and the sliding screen door fell off. After resetting the door several times, it just would not stay on the tracks. We emailed the listed contact for problems on the reservation to notify them that the screen door kept falling off. That evening, after we had already sent the email about the screen door, we were locking up for the evening and noticed that the patio door could not be locked. (We did not inform the maintenance people of this issue prior to leaving, as we were going to tell them when they came to fix the screen door.) Although we sent the email on a Sat. night, we got a quick email response saying that a work order was written. We did not expect any repairman to come on the weekend, however, we left on Tuesday morning and the door had not yet been repaired by the time we checked out at 10 a.m.
- Michael

Dear Michael, Thank you for taking time to share your review and for staying with us! We are happy to hear you found the kitchen well stocked and found the home to be clean and well stocked. We strive to provide each of our guests a 5 star experience but unfortunately haven't figured out how to to control the weather ( I wish -more snow please!). As indicated on our listing this home has a portable AC unit (not to be confused with central). In the summer typically it cools off into the low 50s at night in Park City and the highs stay relatively low so heat is not an issue. We do provide fans and do everything we can to keep our guests comfortable. Parts had to be ordered for the screen door which unfortunately did not arrive during your stay. We would love to speak with you to discuss your stay, please feel free to give us a call at 435-245-1713. Thank you again for staying with us!

We booked this unit as a place to stay before we drive up to Yellowstone. This unit, while a little worn and in need of a few updates, provided us a great place to stay with our kids, aged 9 and 14. It is close to the tram and the pool which is great. The layout with the doors between the laundry, bathroom and bedroom downstairs is a little cramped but is manageable. We did book this unit because it claimed to have a/c and we knew it would be hot during our stay. However, the “a/c” is actually a portable unit upstairs which does nothing for the side room off the main upstairs area or the downstairs. As someone else noted, a tv in the downstairs bedroom would be nice (but not a dealbreaker) since once everyone upstairs is in bed, you can’t watch tv without disturbing them. And, we also agree, additional storage in the downstairs bedroom would be useful. There are no usable drawers and only one shelf.

Basic Needs Met...
5/5 stars
Initial contact with iTrip was good - they accommodated a change in dates 24 hours after booking. They failed to alert me to a change in rate until request for balance of rental fees - not a huge change but a surprise late in the game. We did negotiate a slight reduction in the final rate. Good space for three grownups here to ski. COULD sleep up to nine - I think the sofa pulls out - but that would be really tight. Storage limited and not particularly well thought out - basic closets, few case goods. Well appointed kitchen - lots of Ikea pans and storage containers made prep and cooking a breeze. Core stuff like coffee filters, spices plentiful. Liked the cushiony pads at sink and stove. Unit is a bit light on technology - wifi was spot on but was expecting at least one more tv - most units in this complex have at least 2. This unit is a little smaller and noisier than some others in the complex - two different sets of neighbors could be clearly heard through the walls - not just knocking around but conversation as well. Living space could use a refresh on paint (maybe some better - and less glossy - colors would make it look bigger?) Storage in master lacking - closet with a single shelf also had a trunk full of blankets in it. Other similar units include a dresser or additional shelves in closet. Upstairs storage better - big dresser in main loft and small one in 'kid space'. Liked the bath supplies - shampoo, shower gel, bath salts, lotion, soap - nice touch. Housekeeping on arrival was spotty - surfaces seemed clean but dirty plates in the cupboard and a fully loaded dishwasher - still dirty - led to some unanticipated work on our part. No response from iTrip when this was communicated on day 2. humidifier for downstairs lacked the plug that enables one to seal the unit before inverting the tank - if I hadn't known better this could have created a big mess. Pretty dry in the early spring in the high desert - second humidifier would have helped a lot.

Red Pine 2 bedroom Treasure Hollow
5/5 stars
Overall the condo was OK. The service through iTrip was GREAT! Very responsive to all of our inquiries. Easy check in and check out. The garbage disposal was broken and they fixed it same day. The coffee pot did not work and they called me back and replaced same day too. Other kitchen supplies (pots, pans, bowls, etc) were good. We had six people staying in condo so we had to bring wooden chairs from outside in to seat everyone at table. The chairs at table are badly stained on the cushions and the beds are not very comfortable, especially the bunk beds upstairs. One of my sons had to sleep on the sofa because the beds were so hard. Bathrooms could use updating too. TV was good, den furniture good and a nice assortment of games to play. Having a washer and dryer in unit was great!

Thank you for your review and for staying with us! We appreciate the opportunity to hear guest's feedback and are working to improve the items mentioned. We hope to host you again in the future!! Sincerely, Laura @ iTrip Vacations Park City

Moderate Condo
3/5 stars
This property was just ok - with the proximity to the gondola being its greatest asset. Understandably, mountain homes do not hold up well to the wear and tear of renters. However, I was disappointed by the condition of the property. Here are some of the issues: The upstairs light flickers. The front burner of the oven was broken. There was no butane in the outside grill. The blankets were smelly and dirty. There's only one dresser in the whole property (located in the loft), so we had to hang all our clothe and leave our innerwear in the suitcase. The doors and windows close and open with difficulty. Even the sliding closet door kept jamming. The baseboards and doors are cracking. Every appliance seem decades old and the unit just smelled. Aesthetically, the place is just old but with new carpet and a paint job. But on the positive side, the kitchen is well stocked and you can walk to the gondola in just minutes.

Conveniently Located
4/5 stars
Even though it was an old unit, with just a few minor issues to improve, like it needs better lighting in the closets and pantry, and the front door needed an extra push to be open, I have to say that the comfort and coziness of the apartment were great. It had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable beds and linen, all drawers and switches labeled so you find things easier and faster and must important, in working conditions. The Microwave is on top of the refrigerator so if the guests are short they are going to need some assistance. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Toilets flush like they should. WiFi connection, no problem, TV only in the family room with good quality picture and size. (Extra HDMI cable hanging in the back for the gamer’s convenience). No propane gas available but there was a BBQ in the balcony (a little disappointing). Very close to the club house and like I said before, conveniently located at just minutes to everything. I would stay here again if the opportunity approaches.
- Eduardo

Condo was well furnished, especially the kitchen with pots and pans. Spacious. Convenient to the gondola and bus. Groceries were $10 Uber ride away so took bus there and Uber back because we had so many bags.

Comfortable, convenient ski condo
4/5 stars
Several friends got together to ski and we stayed in this condo—we thought there would be more people so we had more room than we needed—very roomy place. It was a convenient place, near the adorable cabriolet lift (“the bucket” as we dubbed it) and, since we had a car, a short drive into Park City (but there’s also a free shuttle). It had all we needed including the hot tub/pool house right across the road for apres ski. We were able to make our own meals most nights, watch the Olympics and get up and get right to the slopes in no time. Comfortable and well stocked (including washer/dryer), we would be happy to stay here again.

Not what we expected
2/5 stars
The condo is described as a 2 bedroom with a loft. When we arrived at the place everyone was surprised to find out that the description is definitely a stretch. A better description would be there is one actual bedroom with additional beds spread out throughout the rest of the unit. The upstairs room does not have a door and it is openly connected to the loft area. The place offers zero privacy unless you are in the one bedroom downstairs. Everything is smaller than it appears in the photos and that posed a problem as far as fitting all of our ski equipment. There also is not enough seating for how many people the place will sleep. The biggest issue we had was how open and connected everything is. If one person in your group is an early riser, everyone will be early risers for your stay. If you are looking for a true 2 bedroom, keep looking. We will not be staying at red pine on our next trip to Park City. I hope this review is helpful for someone looking to book.
- Kaitlin

Dear Kaitlin, Thank you for your business and feedback and we do apologize that the property layout was not to your liking. We were surprised to read your review, not only as many Guests have enjoyed this specific condo, as well as many other Red Pine condos in the development, but also because we did not hear on your concerns with the privacy/layout. You did contact us regarding an early check-in and late check-out, both of which we were able to accommodate, so again that was surprising to read your review. Had we known about your concerns with the layout, we would have done anything and everything to resolve them. Regardless, we appreciate your business and feedback and we do hope that you will choose to visit Park City again in the future. Safe travels ahead and hope that you will reconsider your review of our property, as it is of great importance to us. Warm Regards, Reservations Team, iTrip Park City

Solid Canyons Ski Condo
4/5 stars
We were pleased with our stay at this Red Pine condo. It was nothing elaborate or new, but a well furnished ski condo in a good location. The online listing did not mention the washer/dryer combo, so that was a great surprise! We had 6 staying in the unit, so a little more space for ski equipment and 2 additional seats for the kitchen table (additional seats on the patio were covered in snow) would have been nice, but those were minor details. To get to the ski slopes you can walk a couple of minutes to the nearest bus stop to catch the free shuttle to either mountain or walk 8-10 minutes to get to the base of the Canyons cabriolet. No car is needed. We took the free shuttle for groceries, dining out, and to/from PC side of the resort. A 30 minute Uber from SLC airport was ~$45 to drop you off right at the condo.

Winter break
4/5 stars
This location was a perfect match for us and our 5 kids. Located close to the Cabriolet made getting to the base of the mountain quite simple. Everything was as expected. Has requested additional seats at dining room table but had to bring chairs in from the porch for the extra people.

Great Vacation
5/5 stars
We were staying with a bunch of friends that had condos near by. This one was very clean. Had extra towels. Had a wall unit air conditioner that saved us on the heat. The neighbors did not have it and their condos did not stay cooled off with just plug in fans. We had a good experience. Their was a grumpy neighbor downstairs that was really rude, but did apologize before we left. overall.. like this place. I would stay again.

Loved it!
5/5 stars
Stayed at the condo with my dad and brother for a weekend of skiing, and it was perfect! We loved the short downhill walk to the Cabriolet lift in the morning. (We rented our skis from the resort's rental shop, and we were able to leave them with their ski valet overnight - so convenient.) The condo felt large for 3 people, which was great. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, etc. The kitchen is a little dated, but we didn't mind - it made us less afraid to actually use it. The neighborhood heated pool and hot tub were not far away, and the staff there was welcoming. The closest restaurants are at the base at Canyons Village, and many of them are quite pricey. If you prefer to go out, I would suggest making reservations a week or more ahead of time - many of the restaurants both at Canyons Village and in Park City were booked solid when I tried to make a reservation the day-of! Overall, we were very pleased and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
