Good trip The house at 57 Gray Rock Court was adequate. The location was good with hiking trails close by. We enjoyed the town of Pagosa Springs and generally the whole area. We had always gone to Summit County so this was a pleasant change.

Upon arrival home was pristine and clean. The host is very communicative and accommodating. This was our second stay. Location is unmatched. The views of the mountains are breathtaking and streets that are plowed regularly. We will be booking our third trip with this home. Everything you can possibly need or want is all within a small distance from the home. The best place on earth, stop reading, reviews, and book it!!

Enjoyed our stay
5/5 stars
We just spent four nights at the house with four teenage boys and everything was great. We cooked breakfasts and dinners and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed including a Keurig and grilling tools. The boys used the hot tub every day after skiing which was a big hit as well as the den setup to just hang out. iTrip made everything easy and was great about communication.
- Aaron
Great quiet place
5/5 stars
This was a great quiet location not far from town. We enjoyed the house and the peace and quiet. We had ZERO cell phone coverage out there (Verizon) but we did have the WiFi log on and it worked great. The house was spacious and very clean. We took the dogs- wish the yard was fenced but it was a minor inconvenience and a great view as a distraction.

Beautiful Cottage
5/5 stars
We loved this cottage and the amenities it had to offer! As a family of 5 (kids ages 4 and 5 and a puppy) from Texas we wanted a snow vacation near town, but not in town. Having the giant window view of the mountains was by far my favorite place to sit and drink coffee every morning. The kids each slept in their own rooms and having access to their own tvs, closets and the amount of drawers to put their stuff in while staying was so convenient. We made great use of the sled in the garage and loved the spare blankets all over the cottage (but mostly the living room. There was dish soap, trash bags, bath soap and shampoo in every bathroom, PLENTY of towels, all the kitchen necessities for cooking and the laundry room area off the garage was just so convenient to drop all snow clothes in daily and run a quick wash. We even used the dryer to warm up some towels for our puppy when he came back inside. The location of the cottage is absolute perfection - mountains on one side, lake on the other, the CUTEST neighborhood with the sweetest family that lives next door and it’s on a culdesac so the kids could just play in the snow right in the driveway without any fear of cars coming by. The cherry on top… the accommodating texts I received while staying really made us feel like we were given 5 star service. We had 12 inches of snow in one day and the host texted regarding snow plows and asked if we needed anything to let him know. No one in all the homes we’ve ever stayed in has ever been so accommodating. We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and enjoy changing it up from time to time, but when we return to Pagosa Springs this will be our place every time. The amenities, the location, the house itself, and the host are ALL unmatched!
- Melissa
