As you walk up to the house, you'll see a large patio out front with a table for eight. This is a great spot to enjoy the coastal breezes. Inside this home are rich, dark hardwood floors, wood beam ceilings in the living room, and leaded glass windows in the stairwell.
The home has a bright open floor plan. This common living space is made up of a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room showcases soaring high ceilings. A plush couch and additional seating are arranged around the fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. Light the fire as the coastal breeze picks up at night to create a cozy ambiance. Relax on the couch with your loved ones and catch your favorite program or movie on TV.
A few steps will bring you to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all appliances a chef could need to whip up anything from a scrumptious snack to a gourmet meal. Seating for two is placed at the built-in breakfast bar creating dining space and a handy way for guests to keep the chef company in the kitchen. Place your meals on the dining table with seating for six.
If you prefer an alfresco dining experience, you are going to love the back patio. There is a BBQ perfect for grilling up a nice meal. A patio table and chairs encourage you to dine and sip on a glass of your favorite wine outside. Bicycles are tucked away in the garage. On a gorgeous afternoon take them out for a spin and explore the exciting city of Corona del Mar.
Upstairs consists of the master bedroom and bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a luxurious king bed. The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and French doors leading to a private balcony with peak-a-boo views of the ocean. The master bathroom calls for a slow and peaceful morning with a large bathtub, dual sinks, and standalone shower.
A guest bedroom is on the first floor of the home. This bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and doors to the backyard. The bunkbed is a Twin over a Queen. A full guest bathroom can be accessed through this bedroom or the hallway. There is a garage with guaranteed parking for your stay. Our property does have air conditioning.
Perched above the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean, Corona del Mar lives up to its name, “Crown of the Sea.” Locals call it “CdM,” and though the chic hamlet is part of Newport Beach, it has a vibe all its own, with vintage cottages and stunning new houses side-by-side on flower-named residential streets. Visitors can enjoy restaurants, music spots, and gastropubs to feed their hunger for diverse dining. If you enjoy an active lifestyle, Corona del Mar’s beaches provide the perfect backdrop for jogging, ocean swims, and stair climbing. Regardless of how you spend your day in Corona del Mar, the community’s Inspiration and Lookout Points are two of the most magnificent places to catch the stunning sunsets.
The home is located a short walk (15 minutes) to CORONA DEL MAR STATE BEACH, a great family beach and a popular place for swimmers. Known as Big Corona Beach, Corona del Mar State Beach is a half-mile long sandy beach framed by cliffs and a rock jetty that forms the east entrance to Newport Harbor. The beach is popular with surfers, divers, volleyball players and sunbathers.
Corona del Mar offers beautiful sandy beaches and coves that look like they came right off of a movie set. The sunsets here are incredible, so bring a picnic and enjoy! Corona del Mar State Beach held the first major surf competition on mainland America in 1928 - the Pacific Coast Surf Riding Championships.
If you want to visit the DISNEYLAND, our property is located just under 20 miles to the resort and its two main parks - DISNEYLAND and DISNEY'S CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE. Laguna Beach's PAGEANT OF MASTERS is in July and Lyft or Uber is the easiest way to get to the event.

PARKING
You can park on the street or in the garage.
DOOR ACCESS
2-3 days prior to your check-in you will recieve an email with the front door access code.
CHECK IN / OUT TIME
Check-in time is 3:00pm local time. Check-out time is 10:00am.
CHECK-OUT REMINDER
Plan your time the night before checkout and the morning of checkout so that you can finish on time. Late checkout results in additional charges to us, and may result in additional charges to you.
To avoid an extra $50 cleaning fee, please make sure all trash has been removed, linens have been removed and placed in a pile, and the dishwasher is loaded.
INTERNET ACCESS
Internet access is provided. Please use the iTrip App or the Guide Book in the home for WIFI network name and password.
CLIMATE CONTROL
This property has a heater only. There are fans throughout the house in the event of a above average heat. Remember, this is a water front property and the best way to cool the house is with the ocean breezes.
MIMIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
Per the City of Newport Beach Municipal Code (5.95.045 A.2) the minimum age 25 to rent. Primary renter must be on-site during the rental. If a reservation is found to be made by a guest under the age of 25, the reservation will be cancelled.
NO SMOKING
Smoking (both traditional, 420, and electronic) are not allowed inside or on the property at anytime. Violation of this house rule can be cause immediate removal without any refund.
PETS
Dogs are allowed only with prior approval.
TRASH PICK-UP DAY: Thursday is trash removal day, place bins on curb after 7pm on Wednesday evening and bring them in after the trash has been collected.
