Curl up by the warm glow of the three-sided gas fireplace in the open concept main floor living area, equipped with 2 comfy couches and a large smart TV for cozy movie nights after a long day on the slopes or trails. In-floor heat transforms the floor into your feet's best friend during those cold winter nights!

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas range, oven, coffee maker, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Then, savor your culinary creations in the large dining area surrounded by windows overlooking the beautiful San Juan mountains, or enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a happy hour cocktail on your private balcony complete with a gas grill. Also located in the kitchen is your very own stacked washer and dryer!

The primary suite invites you to unwind and charge up for your daily mountain adventures with a plush king size bed and offers the convenience of a walk-in closet and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed ideal for families or friends traveling together, while the full guest bathroom is located directly adjacent to the guest room and boasts a luxurious step in shower.

Don't miss out on this idyllic retreat where every detail ensures a memorable mountain escape! Skiing, hiking and biking trails are steps outside the door with easy access to all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village. Ski access pending the snowfall is approximately 40 steps to the Meadows ski run located at the base of Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10).

Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village make getting around convenient and hassle-free without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride to the heart of Mountain Village where you can decide to walk around or ride the famous Gondola into the town of Telluride or to Town Hall Plaza showcasing Mountain Village Market (groceries, beer, wine & spirits). 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Shuttle Bus Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Terraces complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola.

If you prefer to drive, four-wheel drive vehicles are a necessity in the winter. Two parking spaces are available; one space in the heated garage and the other directly in front of the garage. Please note that this condo does not come with air conditioning, as is standard in Telluride - but summer temps usually remain mild!

Location, location, location!

Couldn't have asked for a better location for skiing in Telluride! This well appointed, spacious, clean unit is literally across a narrow road from the ski slope giving you access to a chondola and a second chair lift. Easy ski in/ski out! The chondola gives you access to Mountain Village where you have additional access to the free gondola system. Having the garage to store car and ski equipment was a plus. Enjoyed the fireplace and views from the numerous windows. Unit has ample amenities for a comfortable stay. Would recommend and definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing location. Steps from slips, Chondola & loft 10. Condo was clean and spacious for a family of four or four adults… probably can’t have more than four adults. Second bedroom was very small with bunk beds but that was the only negative. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Perfect Condo

This condo is located in the perfect location. Short walk across the street to ski-in and out and to the Chondola which takes you up to Mountain Village for non-skiers. Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend.

This was our first family trip to Telluride and we were fortunate to have found this spot to stay. The location was convenient for skiing and for just getting around town. If we were going to stay in Mountain Village then a van would show up in minutes and take us where we wanted to go for no cost. The chondola was also available to take us around. The description of the house was exactly as described. The condo was very clean and had all of the items that we needed. The communication was also very helpful from the owners.

EXCELLENT Condo

There are many places that advertise ski in/ski out. This place is so close to the slope, that if you've ever been in a restaurant and gone to that bathroom. You've probably walked further than the condo is to the slope. I'd imagine it's about 40-50 feet away. Which makes coming home for lunch etc very very easy. The condo itself is very comfortable, and worked excellent for our 3 adult males on a guys ski trip. I think it would also be great for a family with several kids. Over 4 people and it might get a little tight. The kitchen is great, new gas stove, and a brand new Weber grill on the deck. I would highly recommend. Chris and Holly were excellent to work with, and check in and out was very smooth.

Excellent condo to stay in and Chris and Holly made the transition in and out very easy. Only one flight of stairs to the Condo -- well appointed with every kitchen appliance, pot, pan you could ask for. Excellent bedding and a great layout with two full size bunk beds in the second bedroom. To get to the slopes it is simply like walking across a regular street. Hard to get any closer! Would strongly recommend anyone interested in Telluride/Mountain Village consider this unit and the services of itrip! We will make this unit our #1 choice on our next trip to Telluride/Mountain Village!
