A wonderful place to stay!
5/5 stars
We really enjoyed our time at the Kokanee! The home itself was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable, and clean. We found everything we needed to enjoy our time there, even with a small toddler. We had some friends meeting us in McCall for the weekend and it was great to have enough parking for three vehicles. The surrounding area is gorgeous and the lush backyard complete with an outdoor dining option and fireplace is perfect for a night in while on vacation. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect quiet location and super clean.
5/5 stars
The host was excellent to work with, quick to respond to our questions, very thoughtful on the extra touches, and easy to book with! We really enjoyed our stay at The Kokanee. It had everything we needed plus more, was well-decorated, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need which is often overlooked so that was a huge bonus. Close access to the community sauna, hot tub and gym made it extra special. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Kokanee at BHOTR
5/5 stars
We loved it. The kitchen is loaded like you would expect for a high end rental like this. The spices, oils, pans, storage and utensils are nicely stocked. 2 King suites are really great. The other beds are fine too. The clubhouse is great too. Just know that you need to start the saunas about 20 minutes before you want to use them. The outdoor hot tub is nice and large. We had it to ourselves each night we used it. This is a great spot, we had 2 couples and 3 teenagers in it and never felt crowded.

The Kokanee
5/5 stars
This is a beautiful house with wide open spaces and comfortable sleeping arrangements and privacy for a big family. We had a large kitchen to make thanksgiving dinner, the clubhouse was awesome for an after dinner soak or a morning workout. The mountain air is fresh and the neighborhood is dark and quiet. McCall is a gorgeous little town and this house was the cherry on top! So clean, big, comfortable beds, soaking tubs and showers. We will be back again! Thanks so much iTrip!

Darling Cabin in Excellent Location
5/5 stars
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this location. The cabin is well appointed and well laid out, and had everything we needed. The location is incredibly peaceful and quiet and we loved walking the trail and neighborhood. Couldn't recommend any higher for couples or families looking for a quiet retreat in nature away from noise and activity of town/lake.

McCall sanctuary
5/5 stars
We loved our stay at this beautiful house in McCall. The wide open great room looks out upon the forest, and we felt like we were alone in our own forested sanctuary. Yet, we had the amenities of the area within moments. We biked all around the area and also took advantage of the lovely clubhouse with an exercise room and pool. One of the days, we had the pool all to ourselves. The bedrooms were a great size, and having two primary suites was amazing--certainly a perfect place for two families to share. Our kids stayed in the 3rd bedroom (which has two double beds) and loved having their own space. They also claimed the den as their own. While not as important to many folks, we are super picky about the comfort of the beds at vacation rentals, and these beds were soooo comfortable, and we love the coziness of a down comforter. Lastly, this house was better stocked with anything you might possibly need that any other vacation rental we have stayed in. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and other random things we decided we might need (e.g. scissors, a lighter, cookie sheets). We will be back!

Beautiful cabin and scenery

This is our second time staying in this cabin. We drive 14 hours to do so. It is worth it. It’s beautiful. If you’ve never visited McCall, I highly recommend it.

Quiet Wilderness Retreat
5/5 stars
Very quiet secluded home with great amenities. Well equipped home is close to the 7.8 mile river trail or the lodge with a fitness room and pool. Ample room for 6 people to spread out with two different TV rooms and inside/outside dining space. The outdoor grill was clean and convenient for cooking meals. Only negatives were having the TV so high above the fireplace in the family room you got a kink in your neck trying to watch. The ice-maker and water in the fridge was difficult to use without making a mess on the floor. The shower/water smelled of strong sulphur odor. Overall, a great home away from the crowds of tourists in McCall and not a bad drive into town for biking, hiking and restaurants.

Great stay!
4/5 stars
Loved the house. The set up was perfect for both our families. Great comfy beds, spacious living and plenty of tvs for all. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of parking for 3 rigs and overflow at the lodge. We enjoyed our time snowmobiling. We love McCall and definitely want to book the house again for next year. A couple of things, the heat was not the best thing to heat the house with. It lacked warm enough air. The fireplace worked well to heat the main area, but the master bedroom and master bathroom were super cold. Also, the upstairs bathroom froze up. I don’t know if there needs to be insulation to put in on the exterior wall where the pipes run, but maybe want to take a look at that. With three other bathrooms, we made out. Excellent stay and recommend to all. Enjoy.

We enjoyed this amazing rental with 10 of us being very comfortable. Great home for kids. Well stocked and very clean. Darlene was always available for any questions we had. The pool was just a added bonus, during this time of the year when all you want to do is be outside. We will definitely book through itrip again.

Spectacular Stay
5/5 stars
Had a wonderful stay at the Kokanee. The outdoor patio with fireplace was a big hit for our family. The home had nice furnishings and we were amazed at how large the rooms were, which allowed us to spread out a bit. The kitchen was as well equipped with plenty of room for our family and guests for dinner. The location is perfect - close enough to run to the store, but far enough away from town to get some true peace and tranquillity. The walk along the river was perfect for a warm spring day in McCall making it hard to leave. We will be back!

Hi Dan, so glad you enjoyed your stay and visit to beautiful McCall. We look forward to your return! Thanks! Tim and Darlene

Hello. We enjoyed our stay and I hope to come again. I think that it is a stretch to say that the condo sleeps 10 but the condo was very comfortable to sleep 7. We could not find a broom or a vaccum in the condo. I recommend telling folks that there is a broom hanging behind a door in the utility room. We also thought that the toilet paper was very inexpensive and very thin. We recommend an upgrade in that area. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but we were surprised that there was not a wine opener. There were only two towels upstairs when we arrived and there was not a blanket or comforter for the hide a bed. The cleaning lady provided what we needed on our second day. All in all it was very nice and we had a good visit.
