We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is so well stocked with everything you need. The bedrooms are comfortable and the living areas spacious. Having a separate office was a great bonus. The fenced yard is large and well cared for with BBQ, fire pit and lounging areas. We can not say enough about this home.

This destination was perfect for our family of 9! Everyone had ample room! The house was lovely and comfortable, the pool was well taken care of and the canal was gorgeous! WE loved the outdoor patio and felt very comfortable here. The beds were amazing! The weather was perfect. We would most certainly stay again!

Stayed 4 nights last year in unit 802 and loved it so much we did a week this year. This condo is perfect for my wife and I. Everything about it was perfect. From the beautiful sunrises, the way the condo is setup, the pool and having Flippers on the Bay restaurant right next to the property is awesome. Could not say enough about it. Already making plans to come back next year.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Del Oso. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, as well as, several areas to gather together. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located 7 minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs and 20 minutes from Wolf Creek.

Dunetinnes was the perfect beach house for our trip! The outdoor space was amazing, the house was super clean and comfortable, and the beach was right across the street. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and would definitely come back!!
