This condo was absolutely amazing. It was decorated so cute. It had everything we needed including, comfy beds, comfy large couch, 2 box fans, cable TV, extra blankets, beach towels, 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and floats. The access to the beach is perfect. The views are spectacular. The AC works GREAT!!! I would recommend this unit to everyone. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your unit.

The condo was home away from home. It was accommodating in every corner. The host made every effort to attend to needs as soon as notified, which was very seldom. The view was a million dollar view from most all places in the condo without even stepping on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as described. Very relaxing, loved the tall chairs on the balcony. Nice having an end unit. Easier to take the stairs than to wait for the elevator as stairs are right outside your door. Only complaint I would have is having to remember all the codes, but they are there for your safety. The pans u cook with could b upgraded as things stick to them. But that’s a minor thing as we are not there to eat in. Overall loved the condo. Beds are comfy and condo was very clean.

Beautiful condo, room and facilities! Cons would be the cleanliness of the room, stiff bed sheets, lights switches on the walls didn't work in the bedrooms and washer sounded terrible when on the spin cycle but worked fine otherwise. Pros are the location, views, vicinity to the beach, nice clean pool, gas station across the street, kitchen has a plethora of supplies, the freezer makes ice, the closet contains beach towels, full size cooler, games, books, puzzles, etc., umbrella stroller in the unit as well as box fans if needed, extra blankets and sheets, bath and hand towels, washer and dryer, nice chairs on the balcony and all the beach supplies you may need in the storage locker (umbrella, chairs, beach blanket, kids toys, etc.). I would definitely stay again!

This was our first visit to Madeira and we fell in love! The condo was clean and had all necessary amenities. The pool was nice. It was just steps from the beach. The beach locker downstairs was so helpful. Both rooms have box fans in the closet. The AC worked great! The balcony chairs were nice. The sunsets was spectacular and we saw dolphins most mornings. The condo was walking distance to lots of things to do and places to eat. There was great shopping and a good putt putt close by. We can’t wait to return!

Our family had a marvelous trip to Mad Beach to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The condo was spacious and the views of the water were perfect. The balcony was large and the door of us enjoyed many nights out there. There were plenty of beds and the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. The condo location is convenient to John’s Pass and many restaurants. The quick walk downstairs to the beach was the best part! We look forward to visiting again.

We stayed last year and loved it so much we came back this year.Every morning drinking coffee on the balcony we would see dolphins.The condo is set up with everything you would need to cook,or do laundry.They have a locker with chairs,boogie boards,and 4 beachchairs and umbrella.The beds are comfortable and the place is just like being at home.There is a walmart,restaurants,and stores all within 5 minutes of the place.I have no complaints and will be back again.

We booked the condo for a weekend getaway to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The girls loved the decorations, and the towels shaped as animals. It was extremely clean and so beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. It's a short walk to John's Pass where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo.

An absolutely beautiful home in an absolutely amazing location! We had an incredible family vacation enjoying the sun, sand and stunning sunsets. The condo was immaculate and spacious and we felt at home the second we walked through the door. The view of the Gulf of of Mexico from the balcony was unforgettable. We didnt want to leave!

Kima 201 was a perfect home away from home (with a much better view)! The condo had all the amenities we could hope for and then some. It was so nice to have the storage closet downstairs to borrow chairs and toys. We were able to store some of our own items in there too while we weren’t using them, like our tent. It was nice not to have to put it in the car or drag upstairs for the night. The unit was very clean and updated. There were many extras that were a nice surprise. There was a nice assortment of books and games for rainy days, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We liked that Kima was walking distance to The Candy Kitchen! Their Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream is my favorite! We also ate at Mad Beach Brewing Company at Johns Pass. It was delicious! I highly recommend their dynamite deviled eggs! We had a great time and I would (and have already) recommended this condo to my friends and family!

Our family stayed here to celebrate our kids' birthdays. The online photos did not disappoint--everything was just as pictured. This condo was very tidy upon arrival. Our kids took full advantage of the condo pool and balls/toys we found in the unit's private storage locker. Enjoyed my morning beach walks with coffee. Couch was really comfortable; I enjoyed a leisurely nap or two when everyone was down by the water. Everything went well with check in and instructions were clear. This was our first time in Madeira Beach (we stayed in Clearwater before). It was less crowded and more laid back, which is definitely a plus in my book. Thoroughly enjoyed this stay, would highly recommend.

Great trip! There were 6 of us on this vacation: our family of four, plus my parents. Perfect accommodations with lots of space. We’ve stayed in Madeira before but we really loved the setup and unique corner views from this unit, so we will definitely be back. We liked the little library in the closet – my mother and I both borrowed a couple of books during our stay. We also enjoyed the selection of family puzzles and games. Dad liked his balcony cocktails with the evening sunsets. We even used the provided cooler for a beach picnic one afternoon. Busch Gardens was a very close day trip. We hope to schedule our next visit to enjoy a local baseball Spring Training game next year. Thank you!

Loved our stay. Very clean and the perfect amount of space for our family to spread out. I was completely charmed by the little thoughtful touches and decor – cozy throw blanket, beachy furniture...it was sweet and made the space feel more like home. The beds were comfy, and we found that we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The views and sunsets were beautiful (my husband’s favorite!)– I just love how the beach curves up the coast. (It was also a thrill to view an afternoon thunderstorm from the big balcony!) We loved walking to local restaurants, especially the coffee shop down the street. We had groceries delivered from Publix, which made things super convenient. Our evenings were spent at John’s Pass or we would enjoy a movie on the large family room TV. Having the washer/dryer in the unit is convenient (not that I wanted to do laundry on vacation, but it was nice for the wet swimsuits, lol). All in all, a very relaxing stay. I didn’t want to come home!! We plan to book again next year.

Stayed for 7 days, balcony makes it 100% worth it. Clean house. Lots of space for your family. Large kitchen. Loved the washer and dryer. Outside of condo could be better, but inside makes up for it. Would recommend.

201 Kima was not the original condo that we booked with iTrip. The leasing agents were kind enough to contact us several weeks before our trip to let us know that the remodeling on the building of the original condo we booked was behind schedule. Since there was potential that the balcony and possibly the pool would not be accessible they offered to place us in a different condo. We opted for that and although we liked the location of the original one better (closer to John's Pass), this condo worked out just fine. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The was one covered parking space for this condo. The only problem we had was gaining entry, we were given the wrong key code; we called and someone came to help us right away. The view from the balcony is wonderful; you can see up and down the beach and the sunsets are amazing! We would definitely book this condo again and would absolutely use iTrip Vacations again!

We are still at the condo, but so far everything is very nice. Could use a few more lamps for things like reading, but we know you had a very short window for remodeling. Any problems we had, were handled quickly and service has been great. Husband and I intend to book the condo again in May and July of 2019, so we will be in touch.

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Our family of 6 fit with no issues at all. The master bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen as well as a set of bunk beds. Worked out perfect! The TV's are smart TV's so we were able to log into our Netflix account which was great. The view from the balcony is amazing! Beautiful sunsets every night right from the balcony. With this unit being on the corner we could also see south all down the coast. Really neat to see the boats coming in and out of John's Pass. We even saw a fireworks show from the balcony one night. In the morning we saw Dolphin's swimming by. The beach was great and not too busy at all. They have chairs you can rent, but we used the chairs that came with the unit. Saved us some money! Lot's of great shells to be found. There is a covered parking space which was nice. There is a trolley stop in front of the building if you don't have a car. Lot's to do nearby. John's Pass is just down the road. You can walk, take the trolley, or drive. Tons of restaurants and bars as well as activities like jet skiing, pirate cruise, or deep sea fishing. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite was Screwies but there are many to choose from. The kids love Mr. Ice cream. They do the rolled ice cream where you can add as many toppings as you like. We also did the Putt Putt in Indian Rocks Beach which was one of the best one's we have done. You can even feed Alligators there! The convenience store across the street was great for anything that we ran out of. Overall this was a great trip. Very relaxing which is what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
