Happily Ever After has everything you need to have a comfortable vacation at Kure Beach.

**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***

* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

* No uninvited guests without permission

iTrip NC Beaches Cancellation Policy

North Carolina Beaches

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

Bookings created by guests under 25 years of age will be cancelled without refund
Maximum Occupancy: Each property’s maximum occupancy is stated within the Agreement and located in the Property Description; If at any given time, the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for expedited eviction will apply in addition to a fine.
No Student Groups, Weddings, or Parties
No more than 4x Minors per adult
No Smoking Permitted
Pets are not allowed in properties that are not Pet Friendly

Stayed at Happily Ever After in Kure Beach with my family of 6 plus my in-laws (8 total). The place was nice and clean and had modern features inside and out with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Owners were communicative and helpful. The location was really nice, not a far stroll at all to the beach access as well as the Kure Beach pier (with a handful of good places to eat) and the golf cart rental place. Would recommend to others.

Happily Ever After was everything we wanted and needed for our week long friends get together. The location of the property is perfect being a 2 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk from the Pier where there is great restaurants, an arcade and shopping. The house itself was perfect for our large party and was clean and well stocked. The iTrip management team was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns about the property. Kure Beach is definitely in a great location with so many different beaches to test out nearby. We bought a week long pass to Fisher Island State Park where we drove our jeep on the sand right up to the ocean which was such a cool experience. The property is also 30-40 minutes away from Wilmington and Wrightsville beach which is a great location for a day trip as the beach is great for surfing, shopping and good food! I will definitely be coming back to Kure Beach and staying in this property.

Great property, great location, and great customer service -- definitely recommend! Vacationed at the Kure beach early August 2023 with family (which includes 18 and 21 year old), grandparents, and sister and had a great time. The property was clean, well furnished, minimally decorated (which is a huge plus in my book), and comfortable. Grandma has mobility issues so having the elevator was a must but was especially helpful with getting gear in and out of the property. We had minor issue and itrip staff quickly responded and resolved the issue. The neighbors were pleasant, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was an easy walk to the beach (we rented a golf cart due to grandma's mobility issues otherwise we would have been fine without). Beach was not crowded but windy and we quickly understood the prolific use of the shibumi shade (and similiar products). As the family vacation planner I rely greatly on reviews of previous vacationers so I provide an honest assessment/review and this property is one that I recommend and would return to.

We traveled to see family for the holidays. The house was everything we hoped it would be and more. More because, although it is a rental, there were homey touches throughout. Nice dishes, pretty bedspreads, etc. made you feel like home and not generic cheap rental items. The starter kit was such a thoughtful gesture and most welcome. Stepping inside you immediately feel at home. This house offers spacious living from the back porch where you will catch beautiful views to the comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. This beach town is a hidden gem! We had fun renting a golf cart and exploring all the local flavors! This property does not disappoint. The elevator was a plus for loading and unloading luggage and groceries. Amenities galore! The beach chairs and wagon were a hit! Everything was so clean and the decor was well thought out. Bedrooms and living areas are spacious. Don’t he’s to book you don’t know what you are missing! The hosts are always responsive and were very gracious when asking for an early check in. Book now?

We came for a weekend girls trip and we all had a blast!! It was a first time to Kure Beach for all of us. We all wished we could have stayed longer. The house was beautiful, very convenient location to walk to the beach, and the host was super informative and timely!! Some of the pluses about the house were the provided linens and towels, starter kit for household items, and the door codes to enter rather than a key. I would definitely stay here again and would love to bring my family.
