1. Area rug needs cleaning. 2. Never was able to get live news stations or any live stations on tv. No instructions. 3. Thanks for the code to get in unit; took several trial/error attempts to get it open the first day. After that, it was easy. 4. Loved having all the extra towels etc. 5. Liked having ice available right away. 6. Itrip packets for bathroom and kitchen were great to have!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Del Oso. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, as well as, several areas to gather together. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located 7 minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs and 20 minutes from Wolf Creek.

Dunetinnes was the perfect beach house for our trip! The outdoor space was amazing, the house was super clean and comfortable, and the beach was right across the street. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and would definitely come back!!

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful spacious condo. Very accommodating with four bedrooms and four baths. Balcony views are amazing with access to many pools and hot tubs and the ocean is just feet away. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely come back here.

This townhouse was in a great location, it was very clean and beds comfortable. We had 10 people, 6 adults and 4 kids and it worked perfectly for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The biggest perk was the boat slip!!
