We had a wonderful stay. We were there for a Lacrosse trip my daughter's college team was taking for spring break. The place fit our needs perfectly! Being right on the water was great, we sat out on the balcony a lot just listening to the water.

The house is very comfortable and everything works properly and is good condition. The lanai has very nice furniture and the pool was nice and warm. No complaints at all and would definitely stay there again.

This house has it all!!

Everything you need for a great fishing trip. Boat lift, Water washdown, Fish cleaning station, Kayaks, Charcoal Grill, Buckets , Rod rinsing Station, Rod storage and so much more. Washer/Dryer. We will be staying here on our next trip. Short trip out of the canal to open water. I'm sure i forgot to mention other ammenities.

This was our third consecutive year to visit this property. Each year has been a greater experience than the last. The venue was perfect for our expectations and each year the owners make sure we are able to enjoy our vacation in Florida. Many thanks to those responsible for our pleasant get away. We look forward to year!

Overall our stay was great! There were a few small issues (garbage from last guest wasn’t taken out and tv remote batteries missing) but they were taken care of right away! Clean house, nice pool, lots of dining areas both in and outdoors. We fit 4 adults and 4 kids easily!
