This exquisite two-bedroom retreat is nestled in a private, serene neighborhood right on Candlewood Lake. This lakeside haven promises tranquility and the freedom to create your dream vacation. It is ideal for couples, NO PETS or children permitted. No more than 4 guests are permitted to sleep at this property.
Arrowhead Lake House is a Southwest-inspired masterpiece. It is filled with intricate details reminiscent of a museum, all inspired by Southwest aesthetics. It offers guests an inviting and comfortable getaway. Combined with modern conveniences, this home creates the perfect setting for your stay. Whether you're here to relax, enjoy the lake's natural beauty, or jump in a kayak and let the lake guide the way, we've got you covered.
Here are a few things you can look forward to during your stay:
The Space: This family-owned home has been designed with comfort and enjoyment in mind. The open floor plan allows for a seamless flow throughout the house, providing multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces for your stay. There is a designated office space in the loft, which overlooks the living room.
Equipped with all the amenities you need for a hassle-free stay. From Wi-Fi to a fully stocked kitchen, we want you to feel right at home.
Unplug and Unwind: Escape to Serenity with One TV in Loft Space for a True Getaway.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your culinary desires, featuring a stovetop percolator coffee pot, Mrs. Coffee drip pot, panini press (used as a toaster), blender, and more. There is no washer or dryer. Take in breathtaking views of the lake every morning. We're sure you'll find the scenery here nothing short of spectacular.
Step outside onto the deck with outdoor seating, grill, and dining table. Follow the stairs to the lower patio for additional seating and dining, all overlooking the tranquil lake. If you're a boat enthusiast, you can rent a boat locally, but Arrowhead Lake House does not have a dock at this time.
Fishing and More: If you're a fishing enthusiast, you've come to the right place. Bring your pole, and we will tell you where to get bait. Not into fishing, there's so much more to enjoy by the water's edge.
There are 2 parking spaces. There is NO street parking available.
Important to Note:
- No more than 4 guest
- The rentee must be one of the guests staying on the property
- No children
- NO PETS (should there be evidence of a pet even in the yard, there will be a min. $500 penalty applied to booking)
- There is no washer or dryer for guest use.
If any of these rules are broken, you will be asked to leave the property.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Main Level - Primary Bedroom (Queen Bed) and Guest Room (Queen Bed), Full bath with large walk-in shower.
Loft Space - Full bathroom with walk-in shower. This space houses a small smart TV.
Reminder, this property does not allow more than 4 guests. If more than 4 guests sleep at the property you will be evicted.

HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
Do not dismantle smoke detectors.
ITEMS LEFT ON PROPERTY
Any items left that a guest wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a fee.
NO PETS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME
There will be a min. fee of $500 for any unauthorized pets found at the property; this includes the yard as well
ADULY RENTAL ONLY - not recommended for children
We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age!
FALSIFIED RESERVATION
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of the reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.
UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for the temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
NONSMOKING UNIT
Smoking is strictly prohibited. If any evidence of smoking is found, your damage deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur a minimum additional charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and deodorizing.
ENTRY BY OWNER
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed-upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed-upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters, or contractors. The owner will provide the renter with at least 24 hours notice of the Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum number of guests is 4. 2 Queen beds on the main level. Violations of our noise or the maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rent. Depending on the severity of a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest who booked the property, someone will show up to issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities, trespassing every person on the property, and losing all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal.
PARKING
There is room for 2 cars in the assigned car alcove. There is NO street parking
HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss, or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in the supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity, or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
MAINTENANCE
Report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from your deposit or automatically billed to the card you used. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
The WASHING MACHINE is not for guest use
SECURITY CAMERAS
There are three exterior cameras: one in front of the house, one by the door, and one on the side of the house. There are no cameras in the back of the house. The cameras monitor the home's exterior and do not face any common outdoor living spaces. There are no cameras inside the home.
FIREPLACE is not operational
LAKE
Swimming in the lake is permitted, but entirely at your own risk. Please exercise caution and be responsible for your safety while enjoying the lake. By choosing to swim, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Any kayaks used should be returned to their original location.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss, or damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom. In any action concerning the rights, duties, or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors, or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
