This is an amazing place to recharge after spending the day at Disney with the kids and dealing with crowds. We wanted to have a home away from home not the hotel feel on the eight floor of some busy hotel even if it might have been at Disney. Where you would have to walk two hundred feet to get to your car because the kids might have left something they can't live without. It was away from all the usual nonsense and more. The townhouse was as new as you could have expected, everything was brand new from furniture, appliances and style! Every room was large including closets, large bathrooms. The in-ground heated pool was used daily to recharge after all day Disney trips.
It had a second floor deck from the master bedroom, a sliding patio doors to gain access to the first floor deck sitting area and pool! Laundry and dryer on second floor. An electronic haven with wifi ,email and a regular house phone for all of your needs. Denise and Matt also responded without hast. Parking is right in front of your townhouse with the townhouse number for others not to get confused lol. In all, I highly recommend this location or a similar townhouse on iTrip. I'm actually looking forward to our annual Disney trip for next year knowing I have a charging station waiting for us at this location! Christina R.
My family and I just loved our stay at iTrip vacation located in Florida. so good that I don't want to share my experience because others will come but I have to share my experience. awesome! arriving at the town house and being with the kids all day can be stressful enough but between parking right in front and easy access into the townhouse was a relief. The kids were able to enjoy the sunken pool while we unpack our things. the house was equipped with every utensil you can imagine. bathrooms were all stocked all rooms were immaculate we had access to the community pool which we didn't need because the sunken pool was more than enough for us to relax. we returning daily from Walt Disney which made us feel that we couldn't do it again but after recharging at the townhouse we were more than happy to go at it again. I want to thank all responsible for having the house ready for us including Wi-Fi access for the kids and email alerting us on the status of our stay which exceeded our needs. Christina R.

Our family loves arriving at this location after traveling all day to get to Florida. it has all you need for a small or large family vacation stay. we forget that we are on vacation because you really feel at home. before you leave for a day at Disney or returning form shopping it just an enjoyable stay knowing the comforts of home like experience. The community pool and hot tub adds to your vacation as well as WiFi for the kids. There is nothing missing here just a relaxing vacation home.

The street is aptly named Placidity, because it's the calmest place you will ever be. We are a week into our stay, the place is great, it has everything we need. It is a lovely quiet location. First day here realized the coffee maker wasn't working, contacted property management and it was replaced immediately. Staff were just finishing up when we arrived, very friendly and helpful. This is a sunny modern townhouse located near restaurants and shopping while still being in a secluded quiet neighborhood. It offers a small pool as well as a clubhouse with a fitness center, pool and hot tub. This is perfect for families. It was also perfect for a trip to the beach on either coast. This townhouse had everything we needed for our stay and had a great time! Sheri D.

Please be aware that during peak or holiday seasons, 4p check-in may not be guaranteed. Our team will be in touch if we need to slightly delay your check-in. Entering the home before the agreed-upon time or not checking out by the agreed-upon time carries fines.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
The primary renter must be 25+ years of age and proof may be required at any time.
PRIMARY RENTER
The primary renter must be staying in the unit for the full duration of the trip. No arbitrage or 3rd party bookings are allowed or will be honored. No parties or events are permitted. Please make sure the information we have (phone number, email address) for the primary renter is accurate and up to date at all times. We work hard to share all applicable information for the home and in the event of an emergency, we need to make sure we can get ahold of you!
NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Florida law prohibits smoking/vaping on balconies of shared housing (condos/apartments) or shared entryways with other units. Fines starting at $500 will be issued for ANY evidence of smoking or vaping is found in the unit after your departure (including smell).
PETS
Pets are allowed in designated homes ONLY and should be included in the initial booking; if they are not, please reach out to us to add them to your booking ASAP. Additional fees, security deposits, and a health screening are required of any pet. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate removal and up to a $500 fine.
LINNENS | TOWELS | SUPPLIES
Your home will be furnished with bed linens, blankets, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels, if applicable. It will also have ONE of each of the following: body soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tab, clothes washer tab, 1 garbage bag per garbage can, toilet paper, and paper towels. Since occupancy and stay lengths vary, please be prepared to purchase any additional supplies needed for your stay.
ENTRY BY OWNER
The owner or owner's agents may enter the premises due to an emergency, necessary/agreed-upon repairs/alterations/improvements/services, or showing to prospective purchasers, renters, or contractors.
FURNISHINGS
Do not move or remove any furnishings from the premises or property. Fines will be incurred for theft or damages.
GARBAGE
The tenant is responsible for the collection and removal of all trash during the stay. Specific trash instructions will be shared in your welcome letter.
HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No grills of any kind are permitted inside or in any covered areas. Grills may be used only in open-air areas 50+ feet away from the home. No open flame (e.g., candles) is permitted on the premises. Do not dismantle smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, or pool alarms as they are for your protection.
HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip nor the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage, illness, or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss, or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet access, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.
MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, utility outages, HOA-controlled amenities, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet/WIFI.
PARKING
Parking is limited to the designated area(s) and guests assume all risks. Neither the Owner, Owners Association, nor iTrip is responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. No boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, or RVs, are allowed. Please check your welcome letter for specific HOA rules regarding parking.
POOL, SPA & PATIO/DECK
Tenant acknowledges that if the premises reserved include a pool and/or spa, no lifeguard is on duty. The pool, spa, and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur. Diving, horseplay, or running is prohibited. No child or adult non-swimmer is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision by a strong swimmer. NO GLASS is allowed in the pool area.
The pool alarm and pool fence are required by Florida law and MUST NOT be tampered with or disabled. Tenant must immediately report any problems with pool, spa, or safety fencing. Tenant and guests accept and assume all risks involved in using the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck and agree that neither the Owner, owners’ association nor iTrip accepts any responsibility whatsoever in the case(s) of accident or illness resulting from use of these amenities.
Homes with pools and hot tubs are under the weekly care of a team of professionals. As mandated by the state of Florida and for your safety, a team will be onsite once a week to test the water quality and make any necessary adjustments. These visits are not optional and cannot be scheduled, rescheduled, or refused. This team will not access the home and tenant does not need to be present for this visit.
UNIT OCCUPANCY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum occupancy is based on the property limitations in the rental reservation. No parties or events are allowed. Tenants will be removed, fined, and will forfeit all monies for: Exceeding maximum occupancy, any illegal activity, damage to the premises or to neighboring properties; and any acts interfering with neighbors’ right to quiet of their premises.

STAIRS/ACCESSIBILITY
There may be stairs to enter the premises (see pictures and inquire if any concerns).
FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS • HOA RULES
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all FLORIDA state laws, as well as LOCAL laws and HOA rules while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida may result in removal and forfeiture of rental fees and security/damage deposits.
HOA's
Many of our units reside in communities controlled by an HOA (Home Owner's Association), and we must abide by their rules. These rules may include (but are not limited to): registering all vehicles and drivers staying at the unit, vehicle restrictions and limits, registering all guests of the unit, specific trash protocol, pet breed restrictions, quiet times, additional amenity fees, gated entry, and more. Our team will be in touch if your unit falls under an HOA that has additional requirements for entry and specific HOA rules will be shared in your welcome letter.
RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR
Please treat the home, the neighbors, the community, and our team of iTrip Staff and contractors with respect; we will do the same. iTrip Orlando/Delta Palms, LLC reserves the right to discontinue service and cancel the booking if the tenant or any of the tenant's guests display aggressive or abusive behavior towards our staff.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCEL FOR ANY REASON TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Our cancellation policy is as agreed to at the time of booking. We do not refund for hurricanes and any cancelation will be subject to the cancelation policy. We will ONLY refund for nights that a local government body has issued a mandatory evacuation.
DAMAGES
Accidents happen, but you are responsible for any damages or additional cleanings that are required because of your stay. Fines may be assessed for (but are not limited to): unapproved early check-in, unapproved late check-out, unapproved pets, smoking or vaping of any kind, missing or damaged items, stains, tears, rips, trash left in the home, HOA-issued fines for violations, etc. Please report any damages as soon as possible so we can work to resolve them.
