Absolutely not fancy, but we were happy not to pay for anything grand. The view from the deck is very nice and entertaining (people, boat, and wildlife watching). The air conditioner worked very effectively. We had no issues with our stay.

Loved Surf Song! Beautiful home in a great location - we liked being at the end of the island, near the dunes and lighthouse. The beach was never crowded. We saw beautiful sunrises and watched the dolphins from the deck. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed this place, it was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked if you like to cook. Close to beach able to walk to there, a bit of a jaunt but not bad. Close to Charleston and numerous other sites to see. Any issues we had were taken care of very quickly. Really appreciate the owners taking pride in their place. Great service. Would highly recommend this place.

Just spent 5 nites at Kingdom Park unit 840. It was a fantastic unit! Easily accommodated 5 adults. The kitchne was well stocked with cooking utensils. Really enjoyed being in an end unit as it had more windows and light. Will certainly stay again.
