Beach Access: Location, location, location. When it’s time to hit the beach, you have 2 beach access points less than a block from the building. When you get to the beach you’ll notice it is one of the widest segments of beach with 2 lifeguard stations and a well-known surfing location with lessons and instructions. You and your family will have an easy walk to all the boardwalk and downtown activities, bars, restaurants, carnival rides, Britt’s Donuts and all the fun activities at the boardwalk. Enjoy a nice walk or jog around Carolina Beach Lake Park which is 2 blocks away. No problem with parking this close to downtown, you will have 2 covered parking spaces assigned to your unit.

*Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

iTrip NC Beaches Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

My family and my sister’s family got together for a beach getaway and stayed at this property. The entire stay was great. The property is right in the mix; it’s close to the beach, the Boardwalk, and local spots. I enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning, and the kids enjoyed the view out there while fighting afternoon naps. The bedrooms were perfect for us. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen and dining area met all of our needs. The property was clean, parking adequate, and communication from the property manager clear and easy. Would stay again. I hope we do!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everything was very clean and tidy. The location is amazing, walking distance from the boardwalk. Beach access was very close. The kids loved the fireworks on the beach Thursday night. We will definitely stay here again!

This house is in the perfect spot! Park the car and never drive again until you leave. Kitchen had everything we could need, easy parking under the house, less than a block from the public access (which also has public bathrooms). Comfortable furniture, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Perfect for a relaxing weekend in walking distance to restaurants and bars. 10/10 would stay again.

The rental was great, very close to the beach and walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. It has everything you need ( including two parking spaces) , sleeps eight people with two full bathrooms. It also has and outside shower to wash sand off . The kitchen was fully stocked , had a dish washer and full refrigerator, cook top and oven. The porch was great with a partial view of the ocean . Over all I think it’s a great place to stay. By the way water was warm enough in June to swim and had big waves.

Check in was easy, exactly per email. Inside was great... walked in and great clean smelling. For price of unit it is what was expected. All kitchen items listed and more where there. It was roomier than anticipated. Parking was grand, right by the door and undercover during the heavy rain. We had hurricane Ian with us are first night and the unit did not make too many strange noises WTH the hurricane. First floor worked well for us being over 65. Owners were easy to communicate with. We actually didn’t get to the beach because we left before storm surge concerns. Linens and bedding was adequate as were provided supplies. Clean and furnished nicely. There were a few mild stains on upholstered couch but not really unexpected. Would probably rent here again.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to just about everything. Response when an issue came up was quick and resolved problem quickly. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need as far as cooking goes. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall our stay was great! The location is ideal for anyone who is looking to do all that Carolina Beach has to offer! The beach is a block away, shops, boardwalk and restaurants all within walking distance. Our family loved listening to the ocean on the large deck and walking for hot donuts on the boardwalk multiple times. The property itself is extremely clean. The communication is excellent! The property does not have beach chairs or umbrellas so I do recommend bringing them or renting them at the end of the street. Do beware we did experience a few bugs but that’s what you get when you are that close to the beach. If you’re looking for a great property in a great location this is the one for you.

Accommodations are exactly as listed and are clean, comfortable and not worn like some rental places. Location is perfect walking distance to beach, boardwalk, ice cream and some restaurants. iTrip was readily available for issues and worked to resolve them as efficiently as possible. The summer always brings AC problems and they advised us prior to arrival that they were aware and were working to resolve the issue. They also supplied several fans to help with the temperature in the interim.

My friends and I stayed at Bleu Pearl for a few days in July and absolutely loved it. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space. It's hard to beat the location of the condo either as it took us about 2 min to get to where our chairs were on the beach. Also really enjoyed having a lockbox outside of the condo so we wouldn't have to worry about bringing/losing a key when we went to the beach. Thank for letting us stay!

We booked our trip to surprise our daughter for her 15th birthday. The entire experience could not have been better- from booking, to check in, to cleanliness and amenities. The property is so close to the boardwalk that our three teens could safely walk back and forth by themselves. There are two beach access points virtually across from the property and the beautiful deck faces the beach. Once we parked our vehicle, we were able to walk most of the time as the location is so convenient to everything in Carolina Beach. Truly, we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to book another trip!!

We enjoyed our stay & the condo was in a great location. Four adults & four children fit comfortably. Beach was a block away. We only moved our vehicle once and that was for the grocery store. Walked to all restaurants & gift shops. The only down fall was there wasn’t any outside storage for our tent & chairs. Had to store them back in the vehicle. Overall it was a great experience.

What a wonderful condo with all of the amenities of a hotel and spacious rooms. It was comfortable, enjoyable and just a great location near the boardwalk and beach. It was good that we were on the first floor where there were only 3 sets of stairs. The back hall towards the bedrooms were unexpected. The views were great from the balcony and the master bedroom. There were 4 bunk beds in one room spacious enough for 4 people. The kitchen had all that was needed fit cooking and baking. Thanks for a great stay.

The pictures do not do justice to the size of the condo. The condo is literally the second row back from the beach; convenient. Beautiful and clean! For 3 teenagers, one toddler, and 4 adults comfortably!! The owners were very responsive to our needs. Although not directly beachfront we were literally the second row of properties from the beach, still giving us a little beach view and a very very tiny walk to the beach! Beautiful layout and a great porch to listen to the waves at night. Comfortably slept 4 adults and 3 kids. Easy boardwalk and beach access and everything you need is walkable. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a minute.
