Cape Coral is an ideal location for Southwest Florida vacationers, and you'll be just a short drive from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. To the north you'll enjoy the beautiful towns of Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, nestled along the Charlotte Harbour. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins, and of course year round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well.

This property is approximately 31 miles from RSW International Airport and 28 miles from Fort Myers Beach. The area beaches are open for your enjoyment!

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the home, garage, front entry way, and lanai.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed. The hot tub is set to run nightly between 5-11 PM on a nightly basis. Additional run times may be requested for an additional $25/day.

The owners have video cameras mounted on the front & rear exterior of the home for insurance and security purposes. Cameras are not to be covered or removed.

No pets allowed.

Please note: The tides change and neither the management company nor the owner of the home have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in and the credit card you used to book with, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89.

We travel from Minnesota and have stayed at this property for 3 years in a row! The photos on the website are exactly what you will find. The pool, hot tub and lanai area are perfect. The dock has a tiki hut with a table and chair set, Edison lights and a fan - a great space to relax and fish! This year we saw 2 alligators, a manatee, and a 3 foot red drum fish. The kitchen has a huge refrigerator/freezer with the best ice maker! Having a powder room in addition to a bathroom for each bedroom is a nice convenience when entertaining. We like the location - about 4 miles south of the property is the grocery store, liquor store and a few restaurants. To the north, less than 20 miles away, is the Burnt Store Marina and Fisherman’s Village for casual dining options. If you can reserve this property, you won’t be disappointed!

With 3 bedrooms that all have attached baths, this was the perfect spot for us to have a relaxing girls weekend. We had lots of room to hang out, and especially loved the pool and outdoor space. Publix groceries is about 5 min away, which made eating in easy. We appreciated dish soap, laundry detergent, travel size toiletries, trash bags etc being included. Our only complaint was that the mattresses could be a lot better, but appreciated extra pillows and blankets. There was an Internet outage for two days while we were there, so we could not watch TV/movies at night. However, the property manager was very communicative and helpful during this time, but ultimately out of their control to fix it.

This house is perfect in every way. As described in the pictures and was pleasant surprise to get there and have a dock and boat slip on the waterway that is not reflected in the pictures. Outdoor living space is 5 star for sure. The only issue we had was that you can not control the hot tub jets or temperature at all. The hot tub is on from 5PM to 11PM and that is it. It was rather hot for our kids as well and we were told that the remote for the tub was ruined and they were having trouble getting a replacement but the owner had an APP that could control it. We offered to pay $275 more money to get access to this APP, but the owner oddly told us no. We then requested the temperature in the hot tub be lowered to accommodate our children, and were told no and if we did not like the arrangement, we could exit the home early and get refund???? Not the response we expected given the request to turn the temp DOWN which would save the owner money. We would still stay here again, it is some perfect. ITrip guy, Josh, was great.

Regarding the pool & hot tub, heaters cannot run on both at the same time; if spa mode is on, the pool heat mode is off and vice versa. While there is no remote at the property to control the settings, the owner and his pool company monitor it all and the owner is able to control everything remotely. He worked to accommodate the best way possible while also staying within the recommended usage settings as to not damage the equipment; it wasn't about paying more & it was the owner's prerogative not to share private information related to his account. Our management team, Josh being part of that, and the owner's work very hard to make sure guests are happy & comfortable during their stays. We appreciate the 5 star review!

We traveled from Minnesota and stayed at this property for a month. The pictures are great, but it's even better in person! The beds are very comfortable, the decor is beautiful, and the furniture inside and out was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the pool and spa and appreciated that beach towels were available so we didn't have to bring them. The location was just right for us - no one on either side or directly across the canal. The closest grocery store, gas station and a few restaurants was only 4 miles away. We used the bicycles, and found a playground with pickleball courts about 4 miles away as well. As I said in the title of this review, "We will be back!" - we already rebooked for next year and can't wait!

What a beautiful and top notch home! We were taken away with the very sophicated touchs of design. The pool/spa was very relaxing and it is what we needed! Watching the sun rise from the patio was another treat. Saw a manatee in the canal the first day. Caught some fish from the canal too. Management is very quick to respond when there is a issue. We had a very nice time at the property. The photos matched the house perfectly. The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen were great additions to this property. The house is in a quiet location yet accessible to fishing, beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. The only thing I would recommend is a binder of some sort with detailed directions for the TV's both indoor and out. We could not get the outdoor TV to come on. Also some information on restaurants, beaches and attractions would be nice. Other than that , the stay was excellent and we definitely would book this property again.

Our family of four (parents and two teens) stayed at this home in late July 2021. It was a really comfortable home for us, with plenty of living space. We loved taking the bikes for rides around the neighborhood in the evening when the sun was going down, and swimming in the pool during the day. The outdoor area was great and we sat out there often. Tried some fishing in the canal without any luck, but did see a large manatee and her calf, which came right up to the side as we were watching them! We also saw what we think was a small bobcat across the canal in front of the neighbors' home one day. We didn't really have any plans while there and just wanted a quiet, relaxing vacation. We went on a half-day fishing charter out of Matlacha, and caught a bunch of snapper and trout, which were delicious. We also went to a few really good restaurants- Ford's Garage (great burgers), Deep Lagoon, Dixie Fish Co., Twisted Lobster (this was so-so, actually). Highly recommend this home!

iTrip and this vacation home were awesome! First off, right off the bat we walk in to an awesome welcome package and an immaculately clean home! From the pool, to the kitchen to the bedrooms...everything was perfect! You walk out back to the canal, and you can fish right from your back step! Went out almost every morning...caught a snook and some snapper. Pool was a hit with our 3 kids ages 2, 12, 15! The kids also enjoyed being able to watch Netflix and play their online games. Now, this is where my only "small" complaint comes in. At times, the internet couldn't handle all of us being on a smart TV or gaming. It wasn't often, so I'm not even that mad about it. The kids complained a couple of times, but it wasn't often enough to even care. The house was simply too awesome to worry about first world problems like that. If you're looking in the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area...you will not be disappointed in this house. Perfect for a family of up to 6. Our family of 5 had a great time, and this home made our vacation even better!

Where to begin! We enjoyed spending our vacation in your beautifully furnished and clean home. It’s located in a quiet, secured location. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and spa as well as fishing in the canal behind the house! We seen a momma manatee and her baby, turtle, snake, jumping fish, alligator, birds and geckos! All without leaving. We enjoyed the special touches added to the home to make us feel most welcome. Property management team is outstanding! We couldn’t say better things about this rental home. It was superb! The house was fabulous and my kids LOVED the pool and hot tub! Spent some time fishing out in the canal and saw turtles, alligators, etc. We plan on renting this home again!!

Beautiful house with a ton of modern upgrades. But unfortunately some basic items are not included. Such as window coverings for most windows and patio doors, most importantly including master bedroom and most bathrooms. On our third day they came an added a lightweight sheer covering over 80 percent of the master bedroom floor to ceiling windows but still essentially no privacy and lots of light first thing in the morning. Huge letdown of a basic expected amenity in accommodations but according to them, they didnt specificy call out window coverings as an included amenity. Second letdown is the WiFi access. They do list WiFi access and while techically they have a signal, it is not strong enough to give access to devices like phones or laptops to perform simple options such as downloading emails. There is occasionally a burst of service. If it were a specific devices that had as issue, I could see this as user error. But this is several different types of devices. It also does not allow streaming movies on the smart TV. Buffers every few minutes. I did not come on vacation to work or watch TV, but at the same time, its nice to be able to relax at times to watch a movie and also be able to stay connected to work or outside communication
