Boat lift and jet ski lift is restricted to owner use only, but guests may tie up a rental boat to the dock. All you need to do is show up - we're ready for you!

Chain link fence surrounding the entire back of the home and yard, providing a space to play and a separation between the yard and dock.

Private boat dock with seating area, water, and electric located on an extra wide saltwater canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico; you are able to tie a bock to the dock; dock will accommodate boats up to 27'. The owner's boat is stored on the lift (although not pictured); the boat and jet ski lift is not available for guest use.

Garage is reserved for owners use; driveway parking available for guests

Cape Coral is an ideal location for Southwest Florida vacationers. With extensive water-ways and boating options, it's just minutes away by boat or car from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins within minutes of the Cape, and of course year round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well.

This property is approximately 21 miles from RSW International Airport and 15 miles from Fort Myers Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes front entry way, garage and lanai.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

No pets allowed.

Please note: The tides change and neither the management company nor the owner of the home have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility.

Since SW Florida is a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets close to freezing, which leads it to being desirable for humans, geckos, and insects. Despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside the property. Refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given.

The owners have video cameras mounted on the exterior of the home for insurance and security purposes.

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89.

The home was as pictured but pictures couldn’t describe how comfortable it was. The 3 bedrooms with separate baths was perfect for 3 couples.. walk out your door to a beautiful heated (and maintained) pool. No fighting for a spot. Some of the pool furniture could use some repair bu that didn’t affect my rating for the property.

Great place for total relaxation

This was my annual getaway for family and friends. The property was just what we needed, three bedrooms each with private bathroom. The pool was perfect and the outdoor amenities excellent.

The house is just as it is described in the posting. It is tastefully decorated in an airy beach theme. The house is open concept with sunlight coming in large windows and sliding glass doors. The beds and furniture are good quality and comfortable. The house was thoroughly clean. I appreciated little extras as batteries, flashlights, and extension cords. The pool cleaner, yard maintenance and exterminator did their jobs and demonstrated the detailed care of the property. The pool was warm and clean. The dryer broke during my stay and was repaired in two days. It was a great vacation house! Linda February, 2021

The overall stay was very good. The house was located in a nice neighborhood that wasn't too far from restaurants, shopping, and several beaches. The house itself was pretty clean with minor issues that were discussed with the company. The only complaint would be that pool cleaner entered the lanai without introducing himself or what he was there for. Finally, after we asked he told us he was there to clean the pool. Overall, the stay was relaxing and we would return in the future.
