This is a generous, 1124 square foot 2 bedroom condo in one of the most desired buildings in Breck. It has the rarest amenities (elevator, true ski in-out, in-unit laundry) that make this unit an especially great choice for parties with young kiddos or elderly folks, or those that appreciate convenience when traveling! iTrip Vacations-Breckenridge (IVB) & the reserving guest (Tenant) agrees as follows:Tenant is at least twenty-five years of age & will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. Other authorized occupants may be family members or friends of Tenant.LATE DEPARTURE FEE:10 AM local is check-out time. A charge up to $100 per hour. PARKING Capacity is in the property listing, guest book &/or IVB mobile app, & required parking passes are located in the property in the guest books or another location that will be designated. If instructions are not followed & signs are disregarded, we cannot be responsible for towing charges that may occur. NO PETS unless specified in listing.  NO SMOKING: If evidence of either is found in/on property you will be required to vacate immediately.There shall be no refund of any part of Rental Amount; there will be a minimum charge of $200 charged, which may be increased upon inspection of Premises.RULES:Tenant shall leave Premises & its contents in same condition as Tenant found the Premises to be upon move-in. Tenant shall wash dishes & shall remove all garbage from Premises & place in garage receptacles. SKI STORAGE: Ski/board equipment must be stored in location designated in guest instructions.FALSIFIED RESERVATION:Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of Rental Amount.HOUSEKEEPING:Daily maid service is available but NOT included with the rental. SUPPLIES:A one-time setup of linens & towels is included at all properties. Starter supplies of trash liners, paper & soaps, & household are provided. Supplies beyond the initial setup are the guests' responsibility. Linens & towels are not to be taken from the Premises or used to remove makeup.Certain properties, noted in the property listing as such, have unlimited supplies of certain household products of shampoo, hand soap, laundry soap, all paper supplies, & trash bags.UTILITY OUTAGES-MAINTENANCE:Please report any maintenance needs for Premises to IVB & we will respond as quickly as possible.  Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including heating, appliances, TVs, & stereos. No compensation will be given for temporary outages of utilities, including electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Report outages immediately & all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. Please note that long-distance calls are restricted. No compensation will be offered for issues that go unreported until after departure. KEYS:Please read your email for specific access instructions. If property has an electronic keyless entry unit, you will receive password & operating instructions prior to arrival. All keys are to be returned to the location they were found in upon checkout. Tenants not returning keys will be charged $100.ENTRY BY IVB:IVB will always attempt to contact you in case access to property is needed.The following circumstances would be: in case of emergency; to make any necessary or agreed-upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary services or show the Premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. IVB will provide guests as much notice as possible in case we need access.HOLD HARMLESS:Tenant shall release IVB & Owner & indemnify & hold them harmless from any & all claims for liability, loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Great condo and location with convenient access to everything

We had a great stay with 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 2). The condo was clean and well stocked with toiletries, kitchen supplies, grilling supplies, etc. The location is excellent, being close enough to walk downtown and having a small wooded area and short hiking trail just behind it. I saw 3 moose our first morning right off the deck! My only complaints are small and likely not everyone would feel the same. The master bed was very uncomfortable for my wife and I. It squeaks and bounces when you turn over. We ended up sleeping in separate rooms half the trip because of it. I think other reviews people loved it, so it's subjective. My other gripes are with the management company. I asked before we came if there was a high chair or pack and play, which they said they'd find out. I never heard back until the day after we arrived when they asked if we found them. We didn't and I don't think they were there, but we had already brought ours anyway. Also, the last day the internet stopped working. They sent me the number of the provider and told me to call them but also said they could drop off a hot spot. I sat on hold for awhile but couldn't spend the last day of our trip on hold. When I texted back to ask for the hot spot, I never got a reply. Previously they were very prompt, so it was a little annoying. Eventually the internet started working and I let them know, which they responded to immediately. Overall it was a great condo and we'll consider this on our next trip!

Stayed 1/4/24 thru 1/10/24. Hands down best location to ski in and out. Close to town also! Beautiful accommodations, well furnished , clean, warm , ….hot tub was very close and hardly ever had anyone in it. Garage and outdoor parking was good. Garage had enough height to accommodate the F150 pickup truck we were driving. Beautiful sunrise across the road each morning. Quiet neighborhood. Would DEFINITELY want this rental again if we came back. A big thanks to our hosts!!

Our stay in Breckenridge was fabulous! We loved the condo. It was big and roomy and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again. We loved having the outdoor hot tub and used the fireplace in the living room in the mornings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and accommodations to breck! The condo is perfect and well stocked w kitchen necessities as well as bathroom necessities. We used the washer and dryer which was nice to have with children. It’s at a ski in/out so would also be perfect for the winter although this was a summer trip for us. Close to town and 5 minutes from the closest grocery store. We didn’t have a parking pass but 1 text msg later one showed up within an hour.

This property was great. It had nice accommodations and kitchen was well stocked with utensils. This property is right on the 4 o'clock trail so we skied right up to our back door at the end of the day. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the hot tub wasn't working part of the time and our fireplace never worked. I will say that I called and emailed about this during our stay and the management was very responsive. I guess there was a miscommunication because no one ever came to fix it. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect condo for our ski vacation. The location is great with true ski-in, ski-out convenience. When we first walked in, I thought, "This is really charming!". The kitchen is attractive, and it had everything we needed. The condo was comfortable, clean and well-stocked. The instructions were excellent; understandable even for an old guy like me. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our brief stay at this condo. This was first time my family and I had gotten a true ski in, ski out condo and it was wonderful. It was clean and spacious. We only had it for two days. Unfortunately, with check in time of 4 o’clock and check out at 1000 am, we really didn’t get the ski in ski out convenience except for one day. Would be nice to be able to keep car parked there on last day. No one returned my call or texts when I tried for early check in.

Very nice condo in a great location for true ski in - out. Plenty of space in kitchen and great room for preparing and eating meals. We were a group of 3 adults but it could easily handle 4 adults or a family of four with room for more if desired. The furniture was comfortable and very nice and the kitchen had everything you need to cook anything desired. I will look for this units availability again in the future for possible ski trips. I'm sure it would also be a good location for summer time get aways as well. Very spacious and nice deck to enjoy the outdoors in summer months.

Great spot! Comfortable cozy everything you need!!! Can’t beat access to slopes!! Gas heat and fire was lovely. Grill was useful. Hot tubs very short walk. Peking was under cover. Support team was great! kitchen could use some better quality pans but this is minor!

The Escape is just that. The property, from the fireplace to patio to the quiet comfort of the garage is blessing on so many counts. We stayed with small children during the Christmas holiday, and the condo took so much care of us that we relish the idea of coming back at first opportunity.

Loved our stay in this cozy first floor condo with sliding door to back deck right on the 4 O'clock run. Had to remove skis and cross road to get to snowflake lift but it was not a problem at all. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms updated and nice, lovely warm gas fireplace was perfect when coming in cold from skiing. My 3 teenagers stayed in the bunk room and had plenty of space for their things. Kitchen had everything w needed... even a crock pot and recipes. We even saw a moose one morning off the back deck! Would definitely stay there again!

Had an amazing stay at the Tyra I in Breckenridge. Very affordable stay during shoulder season. Extremely comfortable and cozy accommodations and awesome to be in a ski-in/ski-out location. Kitchen was fully stocked, which was great for our Friendsgiving! Also loved having access to the pool and hot tub. Very quick walk or drive into town, and ~20 minutes from great hikes like Mohawk Lake, Mt. Quandary, Blue Lakes, and McCullough Gulch. Would definitely stay here again!

We came in on a short weekend trip Saturday afternoon and had to leave Monday morning. This place was great for our family of four. The cool summer breeze felt great when we opened the windows. Trails located out the back door for us to hike on. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and this place was close to amenities. Would recommend staying here.

If I could give 6 stars, i would rate this trip and accomodations that high.. Condo was immaculate, very clean, beautiful up to date furnishings.. Clubhouse with pool and hot tub was also amazing.. Everything you needed was in the condo, clear instructions on how to get around town, parking & dining recomendations.. Carla / Sandy checked in periodically to insure we were doing okay and to see if anything was needed.. World class service.. i would highly recommend using Itrip if you want to have an awesome vacation / accomodations in Breck..

This place was a great place to stay! Very nice and clean!! The fully stocked kitchen was great and saved us money on food costs. We brought our two children and was great to be able to get right on the runs in the morning and ski right in for lunch and at the end of the day! There is a short walk across the street to get on the lift, but not an inconvenience at all! Loved the hot tub and pool to wind down at the end of the day. Was only a short walk/drive to the downtown area as well. Would highly recommend!! Sandy was great and answered all my questions while I was there!! Thank you!

The Condo ski in ski out right on 4 O'Clock was a perfect location to start and end the day. Starting you can ski to right across the street from the lift and at the end of the day you can plan the last run to end up right back where you start. The condo was super clean and vey well put together. I couldn't have asked for a better spot. Thanks itrip vacations for being a great management company. I will continue to use your services.
