Other authorized occupants may be family members or friends of Tenant.LATE DEPARTURE FEE:10 AM local is check-out time. A charge up to $100 per hour. PARKING Capacity is in the property listing, guest book &/or IVB mobile app, & required parking passes are located in the property in the guest books or another location that will be designated. If instructions are not followed & signs are disregarded, we cannot be responsible for towing charges that may occur. NO PETS unless specified in listing. NO SMOKING: If evidence of either is found in/on property you will be required to vacate immediately.There shall be no refund of any part of Rental Amount; there will be a minimum charge of $200 charged, which may be increased upon inspection of Premises.RULES:Tenant shall leave Premises & its contents in same condition as Tenant found the Premises to be upon move-in. Tenant shall wash dishes & shall remove all garbage from Premises & place in garage receptacles. If excessive trash is found &/or if cleaning crew must spend excessive time to clean property after the stay, there will be an additional cleaning hourly fee charged. Tenant shall not remove furnishings from Premises, including use out of doors or in other properties.Tenant & their guests shall obey all federal, state, & local laws at all times while they are on Premises. SKI STORAGE: Ski/board equipment must be stored in location designated in guest instructions.FALSIFIED RESERVATION:Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of Rental Amount.HOUSEKEEPING:Daily maid service is available but NOT included with the rental. SUPPLIES:A one-time setup of linens & towels is included at all properties. Starter supplies of trash liners, paper & soaps, & household are provided. Supplies beyond the initial setup are the guests' responsibility. Linens & towels are not to be taken from the Premises or used to remove makeup.Certain properties, noted in the property listing as such, have unlimited supplies of certain household products of shampoo, hand soap, laundry soap, all paper supplies, & trash bags.UTILITY OUTAGES-MAINTENANCE:Please report any maintenance needs for Premises to IVB & we will respond as quickly as possible. Our family had an amazing time in Breckenridge in August. We visit every year in the winter for skiing and this was our first time in the summer. There were so many activities to do. The weather was perfect. Our rental was in a great location to walk to Main Street, to hike and bike nearby trails and enjoy nature. The house had plenty of room for our family. Enjoyed having the extra family room with a TV downstairs for the kids. The house was beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed.

Fantastic stay. 2 minute car ride or a 10 minute walk to Main Street. Location was perfect for us. 15 hour overnight drive from Chicago to Breckenridge was a bit exhausting. Arrived in Denver early and we were looking for something to do to kill time until check in. Late morning received an email giving us the ability to check in early. Extremely grateful for that opportunity. Upon arrival, immediately hit the bed for a quick nap. Comfortable beds. Upstairs bedroom gets a bit warm due to direct sunlight and no shade on the window above the lower shaded window. Easy fix. Opened window and placed fan on ledge. Bedrooms downstairs are between 10 to 15 degrees cooler. Plenty of space in main living area. Kitchen provided everything we needed with plenty of space as well. Highly recommend opening up a few windows overnight to cool off main living area and upstairs bedroom. Close windows and shades in morning to keep it cool during the day. Overall fantastic stay. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Plenty of bathrooms. Great amenities. Didn’t take advantage of the hot tub but will next time.

My wife and I brought our 4 kids (15,14,11, and 6) to Breckenridge for a quick Christmas ski trip. This property was absolutely perfect. The space worked so well having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus the extra half bath on the main floor was so nice. The private hot tub was an added benefit and helped everybody recoup after a long day of skiing. We found the location to be perfect. Just a quick drive down to main street and right by the largest parking area. I'm sure we could have walked if we wanted to but it was COLD (lol) and the walk home would have been pretty much uphill so the kids never wanted to do that! The ability to ski in and ski out was a little tricky but once we got the hang of the mountain the better skiiers were able to handle it. We couldn't have found a better place for this special memory making trip for our kids.

We had a wonderful time. The house was super clean and very comfortable for our family of 5. We came for a skiing holiday and ski in/ski out was really convenient. Ski out was just a few steps across and down the street to get on the Snowflake run to ski down to the Snowflake lift. Ski in was also easy, taking the Snowflake run and from there just a few steps back to the house, we found it super easy and convenient.

Excellent place! Ski in/ski out was a bit tricky but learning how to navigate prior to arriving would be key! We had 6 adults and had plenty of room! The garage is very small so a large SUV will need to park outside. But nicely heated for the skis and boots! Overall A rating and would do again! Make sure to bring extra towels for hot tub and they run short on them?

This is our 4th time staying in this condo. We love it. It’s perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Easy slope access for intermediate skiers. Close to town. We have walked a couple times but also bus access a short walk away. We plan to return to saddlewood next year.

Everything was great. Unit is newer and more spacious than it looks from the photos. Downstairs area is great for kids to hang out in. Easy to walk to the snowflake trail and ski down to the lift. You should be aware the ski-out trail does require a fair amount of traversing on a flat part of the snowflake trail.

We planned this trip around Brecktoberfest. The rental completely met our expectations. We had three couples stay, my wife and myself and our two children and there spouses. Every couple had there own bedroom and bathroom. They living space being separate from the bedrooms worked out get for the late sleepers. We did several hikes and saw a moose and fox on these hikes. We really enjoyed the mortified Brecktoberfest. We also rented 4 wheelers for a day out of Frisco which turned out awesome. Rental was easy walk into town. Perfect location and property!!

The locations was great, and the home was new with vaulted ceilings and made it very welcoming. Great that it had a den in the basement, so if you have kids or teenagers staying with you they have a place to hang out. it was a newer townhome, so the finishes were very nice.

We just finished a 7 night stay in this property. What a great home! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not use the hot tub but it looked super clean too! I am not sure why other reviews had negative ideas of it. The property itself has a great location to walk to town or to several trails. There is a lift nearby, not running during summer time, but it would be possible to walk to the lift to ski out. I believe that is a blue lift so may not be best for beginners. There is a bus stop just a few feet away though. We enjoyed sitting on balcony in the evening. One night we saw a Fox walk by in the yard! So pretty! Property staff was very nice and helped out quickly when we needed assistance. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our girls getaway with our teen daughters. The condo is a 10-15min walk to town or a short car ride to the public parking lot. The condo is very clean, and well equipped. Coming from Florida the humidifier was super helpful abs a nice touch. We loved that there were hiking trails close to the condo that took you to a small lake. We even saw a moose! Carla and team provided excellent communication and helped accommodate us as needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. We came in early June but know it would be a great spot in the winter as well. Thank you!!!

Saddlewood - Iliff was a great spot to stay! I loved the fact that I could easily walk into town. It was chilly when I visited so the hot tub, jetted tub in the master bath, and the gas fireplace make the townhome nice and cozy! The property manager was very responsive during my stay and booking was easy.

Unit is just as advertised, easy to find and a great get-a-way. If you're there for the slopes - like we were -the ski-out couldn't be easier, even for our newer skiers. It might be 30-seconds from putting you on the Snowflake lift. However, this isn't the simplest ski-in we have stayed at. The Snowflake trail is difficult to carry appropriate speed to make it all the way to the turn-off for the unit. Everyone had parts they had to pole their way through or even un-clip and walk.

My family and I stayed at Saddlewood Iliff for the Christmas holiday to have a white Christmas! It was more than we could have imagined! The property was clean and cozy and everything was available to use. We ran across nothing that was broken or not functioning. The property was also easy access to a nearby lift. Also We are from the South and there were even humidifiers to keep moisture in air. I would definitely visit again in future.

58 Lliff Ct. - Saddlewood provided the perfect vacation spot for our family of six! All kids are in their early 20’s and my wife and I truly enjoyed evenings by the fire playing board games and card games after a day on the slopes. The multi story, but cozy cabin/townhouse, was big enough for all to have adequate room and privacy, but small enough where we were together at lunch and in the evenings. The private hot tub was small but a nice bonus at the end of the day. The girls at itrip were so easy to work with and their recommendations of local restaurants, ski rentals, and activities was “right on”. A special shout out to Breckandcall for delivery of our groceries prior to our arrival (a must since we had no car - took shuttle to and from Denver airport) and Ski Butlers for delivery and pick up of all ski rental equipment right at our front door. Breckenridge is a great little ski town with so many unique shops. The local free shuttle is a must but Uber was also very cheap in comparison to other cities. Being there the week leading up to December 24th made it all the more special. This unit is definitely ski OUT short 50 yard walk downhill to get on Snowflake Lift). But, skiing IN took us a couple of days to figure out how to approach the unit from uphill (Snowflake trail) where we could ski close to the cabin. All in all a 10 out of 10! Would definitely return to Breckenridge and plan on booking this exact cabin again, if available. Too many great memories made already!

We stayed in this property October 8 - 11, 2020. It was the perfect location for a Fall getaway. The Fall colors were pristine! Our group consisted of 5 adults and a baby. The property is very spacious and included a Pack n' Play. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which was wonderful. The location is great, close to downtown, yet on the end of a relatively quiet street. We were able to reach out to iTrip staff when a few needs arose and they responded immediately. I highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our recent stay. It was extremely clean, well organized, and was big enough to accommodate our two families. Within walking distance is a trail, a ski lift, and beautiful mini-lake. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Also, the management company was amazing. We have vacationed in Breckenridge many times staying in timeshares, hotels, and private residences. The quality and location of this property were perfect for us. The floorplan was a great option for us with a bedroom suite downstairs, kitchen/living/etc on the main floor, and bedroom suite upstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

This really is a great house. Plenty spacious for all 6 guys on our trip. The ski-on/ski-off aspect was the deciding factor when picking where to stay. Although getting onto the slopes was no issue, the trail back was super difficult for the snowboarding members of our party, due to how flat the terrain was. No big deal, though, cause there's a free bus from the slopes that drops you off a short walk away from the house (about 5 mins). The house itself was great, and the hot tub certainly came in handy. The only issues we had were with the garage code not working, and the fact that 1 bath tub had some draining issues. Other than those small issues, I highly recommend staying here!

The place gave off a great ski house vibe and it fit our 8 guests perfectly! Everything we needed was clean and available. I was texted by management a few times to make sure everything was going well. The access to the slopes were perfect and the hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. We had 7 adults at this property over President's Day weekend. The condo was the perfect size for the group. The ski in/ski out was great... a short walk over to the run. I am giving this property 4 stars because there were a few amenities that were missing - we didn't have any wine glasses, only 4 coffee cups, and only 2 dishtowels. However, when I asked for this to be fixed it was right away! The hot tub was nice and warm but the jets never did work properly. Also, the bunk bed mattresses were not super comfortable but that is probably a personal preference. We would stay here again.

We had a group of 9 adults stay for 3 nights and had a great time! Very comfortable accommodation. The floor plan is great and we loved the fact that every bedroom has its own full bathroom (not sure about the rest but the master bath has heated floors which was lovely). There is even a half bath on the main level for shared use. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a separate thermostat so no issues with the bedroom being warmer than the rest of the house. Garage parking was a huge perk. Had no issues with any of the appliances and the hot tub heated up nicely. Carla was very quick to respond whenever we had questions. The “ski out” part was easy to figure out, however it wasn’t until the third day that we figured out how to ski back in. That’s more so our own fault of not knowing how to read a map and not any fault of the property or management. Great place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay at the Saddlewood - Iliff property. Two families with two that included 4 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of room and appreciated having bathrooms for each bedroom as well as a half bath on the main floor. We walked to town for meals although walking back up the mountain with little kids was a little tougher. Parking is free so jumping in the car for a two minute drive was easy too. Everything was really easy and comfortable and we quickly made ourselves at home. Carla was easy to communicate with and kept us updated at all times. Only tiny issue was that we thought the bunk beds were a little big for our small kids (2-5 years old). The top bunk is high and a little difficult for climbing in and out at night for smaller children (even 5 year old's). Everything else was great!

The condo was great! We had 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was nice having 3 full and 1 half bath. The condo is at the end of a cul de sac so pretty much no traffic, which was nice with little kids. There is a rode on the other side of the condo, but we didn't have a need to go out that way. Stayed here with my wife and another couple, had an amazing time! The location is perfect, the house and amenities are in great shape. It was abnormally dry this time of year on the mountain, each bed room had a humidifier that we had going which was very helpful. Overall, great place and great value, would totally come back.

We could not have been happier with our vacation stay! The agency provided us with an easy process from start to finish. The condo was great; spacious, clean and well taken care of. It also was conveniently located to town as well as a very short walk to the ski slopes and lift. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Great location and good condo for three adults and three kids a very short walk to the ski run and hiking and a walk or very short ride to town. The cleaning fee is completely out of line though.

Saddlewood 58 (Iliff, Breckenridge) is a very nice and comfortable property with all of the amenities. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots/pans, etc.) The ski in & out location is fantastic and very convenient. There are two living room areas with TV's (main and lower levels) which is a major plus and provides people space to spend time watching TV and/or playing video games. The downstairs room with the bunk beds is perfect for kids and close to one of the TV areas, which allows kids to have fun while the adults are on the main level relaxing after a long day of skiing. The location is close to the shuttle or a very short drive to town.

We do an annual ski trip with a couple of friends and typically stay in a condo or town home in the Breck area. This unit was perfect! Close to downtown and the slopes, beautiful scenery, clean and well decorated. It felt warm and relaxing and we were grateful to use the space! We'll try for it again next year!

We had a great stay at the Saddlewood Iliff! Elizabeth was super helpful in booking our stay and Carla was at our doorstep when we arrived with a pack and play and high chair! It fit our family perfectly with a 4, 2 and 4 month old. Thank you! We will definitely be back!
