The apartment is clean. The view is amazing. It’s near bridge St. The grill and hot tub do not work and it is listed under amenities. The pictures show a kurig and it is a standard coffee pot. I emailed Leslie and no response. They really need new beds they are very uncomfortable.

Linger Longer is a very rustic beach place! Loved the view off our deck and all the amenities for the beach-everything we needed was, I believe, left by others. But we were hoping for better decor, more updated furniture and would have loved to been able to actually open the drapes. Need better bedding and some more towels would have been nice. Location and views were gorgeous!❤️

We just spent the most AMAZING week at this condo in Bradenton Beach. The unit had everything we could possibly need as far as amenities and the view could not be better- especially for watching sunsets! It was the perfect way to end our summer ❤️

Have just booked our 4th stay at Linger Longer! We absolutely LOVE the location and convenience. The unit is always extremely clean and many amenities including stocked kitchen, coffee maker, in unit laundry facilities, linens, towels, etc. No need to pack beach chairs, towels, etc. as all of that is provided. Beach/sunset views are incredible, access to beach is unbelievable. Can walk to restaurants and shops easily. Private off street parking for one vehicle is provided and driving access to other locations on island is a breeze. The ONLY reason this review is a 4 star and not a 5 is that two of the units we have stayed in could use some updating and the wood decking on the units and the common areas could use some maintenance. The gas grill available for common use is not well cleaned/maintained as well as the common area hot tub. We simply avoided using those two items but for any who might be more inclined to take advantage of them it would be a disappointment. A few small improvements in those areas and this is a 5 star stay all the way. Overall, a great property and the pricing is competitive with others available in the same area. Convenient 24 minute drive to/from Sarasota Bradenton airport but we have also used Tampa airport as well!

Great location. Love that the beach is only a few steps away. Condo is clean and comfortable! Very peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

First, I want to say that the location of this rental is GREAT, the place was just like the pictures and the sunsets from the deck were unbelievable. Now the bad stuff, we got there on sat, there was a slight musty swell. after unpacking and putting the groceries away all was great till the next day when we realized the refrigerator was not working properly. it was way too warm to safely keep food. we called the rental company to let them know, and they did get back right away (the commination was actually very good). they had somebody there on Tuesday to look at it. when the repair person came to look at it, he could not fix it at that time. he came back Thursday or Friday to fix it. and when we left on sat it was still not working properly. The whole week we were there we had to keep all our perishables in a cooler we brought, it did not ruin our vacation, but it changed the way we shopped, we had to spend more time going to the store because we could not store to much in the cooler. I let the company know that the fridge was still not working when we left but i am not sure if they let the next people renting the place know.

This was the perfect condo in the perfect location on the island! Everything was clean and well maintained. Within walking distance of many different restaurants and stores. Will definitely be returning!!!

This is a perfect home for a beach vacation! The view is unbeatable. I have stayed on the island several times and this is a wonderful location. Easy access to the trolley, shops and restaurants!

Wish we could have stayed longer. This beautiful apartment/condo fully met our every expectation. The news from the very outset was good, as we found that the accommodation itself looked precisely as depicted in the on-line photographs; we got what we hoped to get. This is indeed an older property, which might not be valued by renters who like things that are brand-spanking new, but everything that’s important has been full updated. Internet is fully reliable and fast. The view from the back deck is exceptional, with the sunsets stage-center every day. We’ve come to the island on a number of occasions but we’ve never experienced a view like the one from the top deck, just a few steps from the unit. (The views do come with something for a price;—30 plus steps and four landings. Potential renters should be aware of that fact.). The unit is fully equipped with anything one might need including plenty of beach “toys.” A couple of suggestions: the owner or agent might visit the property at night to look at the lighting in the main living areas, which is something of a mishmash with bulbs of different wattages and color temperatures. Light fixtures in the overhead fans need t be cleaned out, and the light over the dining table so dim as to be useless. Also, the otherwise fine tv in the living room would definitely benefit from the addition of an inexpensive sound bar, as the built-in speaker is quite tinny, and the surround sound system is old and apparently no longer connected. The preceding comments are suggestions only and nothing that detracted in any significant way from a wonderful week here.

The rooms and overall rental was very spacious compared to others we have stayed at. The sunset view from the balcony was amazing.

If this place is available, get it now!! Amazing location. Spacious accommodations. Easy access and the hostess communicates quickly. We had a great time and will definitely come back. Thank you Leslie.

Overall everything was very good. It was clean, had all amenities necessary except the Hot Tub was out of order for the full 2 weeks I was there. It is still not working as I left today. I helped the maintenance man fix the internet that was down a couple of times. We had to untackle the wiring and one cable end was missing the tab to secure the cable to the router/switch. Communication was only as good as the owner would want to respond. I have a coupe messages before I arrived that were not answered and 3 that weren't answered while I was there. It was close to the beach which was great. I was good to have a Balcony off of the Bedroom and Living Room.

Our stay was great, our only complaint was the hot tub was never hot so that was disappointing.

We were very pleased with the unit. Close to shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. Easy access to the beach. Incredible view from the balcony and open floor plan, lots of room. Bedrooms are very large w/private bathroom. Note: must be able to climb stairs, only room for one car.

We are a having lovely time at Linger Longer ! We did have trouble with the gate button on sat night. We were looking for the key code not a button and then the button did not open the gate and in the dark and we didn’t know we could walk around so the we boosted one of us up on the roof to get to the inside button ! Gate button seems to be fine now ? A couple of other minor things .... the fan light and bathroom light are out in the front bedroom and it would have been nice to have four pillows in the back bedroom also . Otherwise you have thought of most everything to make staying here a breeze !

We are having a great time in Bradenton Beach. The condo is amazingly clean and spacious. It is a relaxing and beautiful place with spectacular views. Can't wait to come next year.

Just WOW! We celebrated a reunion & had so much fun. The rental was super clean & had everything we needed. Laundry soap was a plus! Perfect beach rental with all water/beach toys equipment included. We followed on pool noodles in the ocean for hours. The property was close to everything & we walked everywhere plus there is a free trolley to drive you anywhere on the island. We didnt drive anywhere. The property was well maintained & clean. We will be back!

There was nothing to be desired. The kitchen was well-stocked. The view was sublime. The owner and his wife, a very friendly couple live on premises and inquired about our stay frequently. Our itrip representative, Leslie Fowler was amazingly responsive and helpful. The only caveat was limited parking. I would definitely seek out this location again.

So far generally pleased with the accommodations. The property is super clean and the view is irresistible. Kitchen very well-stocked. One little deficit is lack of bath and beach towels. Perhaps I'm overlooking them somewhere. Also we have two vehicles, as my husband may need to leave for business and I don't understand why we both can't occupy the single space in the garage behind each other, or possibly park in the driveway behind our other vehicle. Neither would seemingly inconvenience any other tenants. Please respond .

Was our first trip to the area. I don't think we could have picked a better location. Unit was spotless upon arrival. Kitchen was completely stocked. Very private setting with the best views on the gulf. Looking to book again.

Linger Longer is very laid back and gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy! Location is great and the appartment well kept. Leslie is doing a great job in taking care of guest and making sure you feel comfortable. I will come back

The "condo" was much more than that, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a great ocean view/front deck. Owners were friendly and provided great dinner recommendations. Even went to sleep hearing the waves come in. The town of Bradenton Beach is definitely old Florida and very quaint with so many things easily within walking distance. And the top deck is great for watching the sunsets. Condo has everything you need in the way of coffee maker, full kitchen, washer/dryer and even an electric corkscrew ;-)

We had a wonderful time at Linger Longer. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, beautiful view, walk to restaurants and shops and the other pier. Parking can be a bit inconvenient if you have more than one car per unit but we found that you really don't need to drive anywhere. We look forward to visiting again!

We could not have asked for a better place! We had great weather and we were on the beach every day will definitely be back!!

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Being able to walk out straight onto the beach is a real bonus. The apartment is close to Bridge Street and other restaurants, and the free trolley bus gives even more options. Would definitely recommend.

We have had a great week at Linger Longer! This was our first time to Gulf side of Florida and our stay could've been better. We have enjoyed each morning and evening on the porch overlooking beach. All accommodations have been more than we expected. We hope to come again soon and even bring friends.

Our stay at LInger Longer was WONDERFUL. We were truly steps to the beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants/shops. After exploring the whole island we felt that we were in the best location possible. Fred (the manager) was fabulous to work with. We would have liked to have screens on the deck so that we could have used it more.

My family and I stayed here for a week for Spring Break. The condo was very nice. The view of the ocean was amazing. We loved the turquoise water and white sand on the beach. We also enjoyed having the condo located right on the beach. We had great weather so we were able to spend time on the beach every day. We are sad that we have to leave tomorrow. Hopefully we can stay here again sometime in the future. Two things that would have made it a little nicer would be to have screens on the windows / doors so you can leave the sliding glass door open at night to hear the ocean waves. Also, we have a large SUV. The space to enter the garage was very narrow and tight. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Very pleased with the entire visit. Fred was very good and always ready to Assist.
