No hurricane damage to this condo! This condo is available for rental occupancy & the beach is open!

While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of Hurricane Ian and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo, the sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach and local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Bonita Beach & Tennis continues to rebuild while re-opening in a limited capacity since hurricane Ian. The condo complex is a "CONSTRUCTION ZONE!" This will include but not limited to ongoing construction around the 5 condo towers, and common areas of the property. The reconstruction project will include but not limited to construction workers, construction vehicles, construction equipment & materials, construction noise, painting, restricted and/or limited access to some balconies and may cause temporary power outages. The estimated completion of the reconstruction project is currently open ended and final completion is subject to factors outside of the general contractor's control, to include inclement weather and supply chain issues. The pool, tennis courts & bbq grills are currently closed and under construction, designated and limited access to the ground floor atriums of each building and there are limited and restricted parking areas. We will update this property description when we know the pool and tennis have re-opened. There will be no refunds after arrival because of the aforementioned construction condition of the condo community.

Welcome to one of the most inviting condominiums at Bonita Beach and Tennis Club! This unit is located in building 1 which is closet the beach cross walk and Docs Restaurant.

This studio condo has been tastefully designed to offer the guests privacy, comfort, and all of the pleasures of a Southwest Florida vacation.

The 8th floor lanai has absolutely stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Imperial River, canals, and the lush, tropical landscape of the surrounding Bonita Beach & Bonita Springs. The result is Florida sunshine pouring in the windows by day, and dazzling sunsets by night.

The open floorplan boasts a completely renovated and updated kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, stone tile backsplash, and upgraded, warm wood cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics to make meal preparation and dining simple.

The living area includes full-sized dining for 4, a leather loveseat, and a wall mounted large screen TV, with cable package. The living area and bedroom are creatively separated by a moveable floor to ceiling shoji screen, so the guest can determine how much to open or close the space.

You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed, and the storage provided in the walk in closet and full-size dresser. There is also a small computer nook in the bedroom where you can do a little work while vacationing - if you absolutely must!

The bathroom has been completely renovated and upgraded with full glass and tile walk in shower, granite counter tops, and upgraded cabinetry.

The fully screened lanai has 2 wicker chairs and side table and overlooks one of the most stunning views you could ever hope to see. Sunshine and water - as far as the eye can see!

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach, and free unlimited Wi-Fi.

While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering its pools, tennis or pickleball, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House. Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach without any hassle.

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5-building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

No pets allowed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.

Airbnb Cleaning Fee Question

Bonita Springs

Important note to Airbnb travel guests about the cleaning/housekeeping fee:

This is a combination of the actual cleaning/housekeeping fee, modest booking fee, and state & local taxes, and not the cleaning fee exclusively.

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89.

Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.

Comfortable studio in fantastic location with 5 minute walk to Bonita Beach! I was on a solo retreat and felt safe in the community even with ongoing construction and clean up after Hurricane Helene and Ian. Sunsets and sunrises were spectacular and sea treasures abound. “iTrip” staff are friendly and supportive. Highly recommend you reward yourself by booking this unit to experience a hassle-free trip in a cozy beach condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was very well equipped with things you need to cook a meal or two. There was also a nice array of beach items including towels, chairs, umbrella, small coolers and noodles. The location is wonderful with beautiful views of sunsets and homes on the canals. There is construction going on but it did not cause us any issues. These buildings will be so beautiful when the outside work is finished. Bonita Beach is just across the street which made going to the ocean very easy and smooth. We enjoyed a few meals at Doc’s which was also across the street. Nice atmosphere. Our only issue was the mattress has an obvious low spot in the middle which made sleeping not as comfortable as it could have been with a new mattress. If we return to Bonita Beach and Tennis I would definitely like to stay at this same condo -as long as the mattress has been updated. The condo is nicely decorated and the lanai has great views of the neighborhood canals and the sunsets. Thank you for your attention to detail and making sure we felt at home. Donna B.

Baggage carts need to be replaced Wi-Fi should be available at the pool, split between all the owners this would amount to Pennie’s. Knives should be resharpend or replaced.

There was construction that was disclosed however it was ambiguous as to the times and days. We had one day when the workers jumper on our balcony unexpected. We had no blinds or measures to have privacy We should’ve been informed of the date and time that would be happening or some kind of advanced notice That’s is my only issue

We had a pleasant experience! The room was very clean and we loved the private enclosed balcony! Our only complaint was the lack of air conditioning flow into the bedroom. The bedroom stayed a little warmer than the rest of the condo but it wasn’t bad because there was a fan in the room for us to use :) we would recommend this!

My recent stay at 1803 BB&TC was very enjoyable! The condo was nicely updated, well furnished, very comfortable and convenient to the beach across the street!! The keyless door lock was handy for access; not having to worry about taking your key to the beach. Great views of the area from the eighth floor too! The welcome basket with local information and complimentary snacks was a nice touch. The property management, residents and guests were friendly and helpful.

The condo is equipped with everything you need to have a fun vacation. The views from the lanai are very nice. The tile floor is great for keeping the condo nice and clean. It has a nice large shower and there's adequate storage for your belongings. It was clean when we arrived so you can go barefoot and not be concerned. The bed is comfortable.

This unit is everything we were told it would be. Top of the line furnishings and all appliances in good working order. The remodeled bathroom is very nice. The beach is just across the street and many fine restaurants close by if you’re not up to cooking in a kitchen that has everything you would need. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

The condo is very clean and modern. It has everything you need for your stay including beach towels, beach chair, beach umbrella and a cooler to watch sunsets on the beach. We were also able to watch the sunsets from the screened in balcony. The combination lock is nice so you don’t have to worry about keys. The cafe is right in this building and the pool is attached as well. We would definitely recommend this to anyone and would love to come back again.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week in March and loved it! It has been renovated and has beautiful furniture. The king bed is very comfy. The view is amazing. Although there was a lot of street traffic being spring break, it was very quiet in the condo. Would definitely stay here again

What a fun vacation! The condo is perfect for 2 people and is in a fantastic location right across from the beach. Also right in the middle of plenty of shopping and restaurants. The sunset views from the screened in patio couldnt be any more beautiful. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including beach chairs, coolers and kitchen supplies! This unit #803 is an updated comfortable place to stay for two. We are directly across from the beach with plenty of places to walk to for meals. Our experience has been pleasant and would recommend to anyone that is looking for some downtime within a quiet community. We will visit again if the opportunity arises. On a whim, I booked this rental on Saturday, November 4th, to arrive on November 5th. I could not believe the property was available in this location on such short notice. Pictures are true to the ad, Views from the balcony are spectacular, even though we are not facing the gulf straight on. You get all of the views with little street noise. We are already trying to figure out how we can make this property our vacation spot next year with more family! Keyless entry is a BONUS! No worries about keeping track of a key. Close to LOTS of great things, restauraunts, etc. AND, the owner called to make sure we got settled and had a welcome basket waiting for us. Truly a GREAT place.
