Unit is on the second level and accessible by stairs only.

Oh wowza! This place gets an A+! The condo was perfect for my dog and me. It was convenient, but not in the middle of congestion. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all! I will stay here next year!

My hubby and I really enjoyed our little getaway ,the condo was very cute and clean. Bed was so comfortable and the view is stunning! Everything was wonderful! Our little fur baby loved it as well! I highly recommend staying here! Sunsets right off your patio!

Nice location and good potential but I would be embarrassed to rent it to someone! We were greeted by a huge dead roach that had been steeped on but not cleaned up. The overall cleaning was minimal and the rug in the bedroom was filthy. The front door has no weather striping and a quarter inch gap all the way around it. Makes it convenient for roach and ant parties. There was one normal sized coffee cup that must have come from a garage sale 25 years ago along with the miniature coffee pot that needed smaller filters than I’ve ever seen. Three or four mismatched pieces of silverware. The furniture should have been put out with the garbage—so uncomfortable. The screen door is falling apart. It did have an environmental saving as the toilet paper didn’t waste many trees—so small and thin, lucky we had our own. Would never recommend this place and plan to ask for a refund.

Condo is outdated and in need of a deep clean; cleanliness questionable when we opened the door. Poorly maintained. Missing/broken blinds from previous reviews still an issue. Black ant invasion. Ill stocked. Stovetop is a joke. If there would have been another unit available in the complex for the duration of our stay we would have moved into it.

It was great for me and my family!!! We expended the majority of the time in the beach due to the weather was excellent and the temperature of the sea was optimal for swim. The place was clean, well prepared and it was above that we expected. We will definitely do it again!

Small room right on the beach. Easy to get to the beach has a pool and right on the beach. If you are a single traveler or a couple this would be a good room for you. I would not recommend for any larger group than a couple. I would suggest getting one of their larger rooms. This was perfect for a single traveler. Thanks for having this available right on the beach! Pool is great too!

My family and I enjoyed staying there, but we wished we had gotten a second bedroom. The pullout sofa worked fine for the kids to sleep on, but it took up a lot of space in the living room. The location is perfect tough, with it literally taking only 30 seconds for us to walk from our room to the beach. This prevented us from having to bring excessive amounts of "stuff" because if we needed something the room was right there. I'd stay at this location again, but would go with a 2 bedroom next time.

The units and condos had the flavor of 1950’s. The location is wonderful. The condo was comfortable except for the bed. Condo unit could use a deep cleaning.

The excellent location and layout of this rental is just right for a couple. Although the rooms are quite small, each one offers a popular amenity. The bedroom is filled with a comfortable king size bed with lovely linens. The bath has a tiled walk-in shower, and the galley kitchen has all the basics for vacation cooking. The living area has an appealing decor, highlighted by a look at the ocean through the balcony slider. The rooms are bright all day, ending with a sunset view from the balcony or beach, depending on the season.

We loved the location. We found ourselves heading to Indian Rocks and Reddington Beach the most. Clearwater Beach was very busy and hard to find parking if you didn't go early in the morning and plan to stay all day. The unit fit our needs and was beautiful. Perfect balcony view to see the ocean and pool. The staff at Belleair Beach Club were so nice when they'd see us as well. Loved how this place also has some covered parking. We will definitely consider coming back here again in the future.

The location cannot be beat! A full balcony facing the beach, pool, and gardens. The ocean can be viewed from ANY angle on the balcony. Sunsets were breathtaking! The amenities could use improvement. The location is full of mismatched furniture pieces that must have been given to the new owner by the previous owner or were purchased at garage sales. Examples include the mismatched stools on the balcony and the lamp in the bedroom that was glued together. My family and I did not mind this at all because the unit was comfortable and met our needs. The surrounding units go for at least double of what we paid. I confirmed this via various sources. We will definitely come back because the location was perfect! The resort is kid and pet friendly. They have a 25lb limit on pets but I personally saw 50+ pound dogs. There is NO difference between a 50 LB dog and a 10Lb dog. I personally disagree with these weigh limits but it is what it is, BS! Lol The workers around the building were friendly and helpful. I did meet our cleaning lady on day 1. She was very patient and helpful. I do recommend the owner to buy a neurogenic coffee or and DVD player for the unit. Having an Alexa was a nice touch. Providing an extra trash bag would also be nice. Saves a trip across town as there are absolutely no stores within 2 miles, hence the awesome peaceful location! 5 stars for the location and 4 stars for the dated unit.

The unit was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. The beach was right there and not crowded at all. The gulf water was too cold but the pool made up for it. No frills unit that had all we needed.

The view of the gulf from the room was great. The kitchen was updated and very functional. The condo while very clean was dark and dated. The mattress was old and sagging and should be replaced.

We had a wonderful time, it was clean , beautiful beaches. Honeymoon island and fort desoto. Our dogs approved the condo balcony, when we were out there. Love the sunsets and title shower. The Dalai museum was a blast. Thanks for the free items, we would have used them if more time.

Clear water beach is amazing But the rooms need a upgrade renovationFrom the furniture to the room it self!! No one likes old stuff! The room kinda smells Aircondition need a HUGE UPGRADE FOR SURE!!

Great balcony with views. Had been advertised as having a full kitchen but it was lacking quite a few things. There was not a dishwasher or an oven. We had already bought groceries before walking into the condo and then had no way of cooking them. We also found dirty & greasy silverware etc. in drawers- no dishwasher.Nice kitchen but needs some TLC. There were no oven mitts for hot items from the microwave, had to go buy a can opener, no tongs in drawers, & handle was broken off of the blenderNo king bed but can hear everything from outside. Would not choose this condo again .
