The master includes a cozy reading nook, king bed, desk, flat screen TV, and en suite bath, jetted tub plus separate walk in shower. Bedroom 2 is roomy, with queen bed, desk, flat screen TV, and en suite bath with a very large walk in closet. Both rooms have access to a deck that leads off the living room. The deck provides seating for two, gas grill and mountain views. The living room is conducive for relaxing around the gas fireplace, it also features a sofa sleeper and TV entertainment system with Sonos. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 3, large dining table that seats 6, and all the needed equipment to handle holidays or entertain guests comfortably.

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Great location with lots of space

We came to town for a gravel bike race so it was great to have the big balcony (bigger than other units!) and all the living space to spread out. Highly secure building and beautiful Neighborhood was very safe. Conveniently located down in the town below beaver creek for lots of adventures and fun without breaking the bank. Well stocked kitchen made home meals a breeze! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay a this Chapel Square Condo. The access to condo and ski locker in underground garage was right off the elevator.. the kitchen, living area and bedrooms were so spacious, and the 2 1/2 baths with laundry were a definite plus!! The view off the patio was gorgeous, grocery and dining within three plaza or across the street, and the short walk to the skier express shuttle across the parking lot was super convenient!!

Excellent Accomodations in Beaver Creek

The condo was very clean and conveniently located. Several restaurants were within just a few minutes walking distance. There are 4 restaurants in the actual building itself. The grocery store (City Market) is just across the street. And the shuttle stop to go into the Beaver Creek resort for skiing is also on the property. Management is very responsive and helpful. They do an excellent job of thinking of everything that you may need during your stay including plenty of towels, soap/shampoo, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies. They even had tote bags for you to take to the grocery store and a friendly reminder to take the tote bags with you when you go to City Market. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely be staying there with my family again.

We do know that parking in the garage can be tight, but as outlined in the check-in procedures that you received prior to arrival, there is always parking available for guest use in the open lot as well. If there was any other issue with parking, we would have been happy to help. The door to the unit does lock, but it is possible that someone in your party put it into passage mode. This would have been a very easy fix for us had we known that you were experiencing this trouble. Spacious and mostly comfy

2 problems. In summer (Aug) there was no way to adjust the thermostat so it was hotter inside than outside (couldn’t find it anyway) so we were forced to open windows and use the provided fans. We did not expect AC, but it was not clear if we were getting heat. The shower curtain rod in the master bath is a simple (cheapo) type and fell 3 times. A better more solid solution would be better.

The heat, however, would not have been on unless it was turned on by someone in your party. We do hope that all of the fans we provided in the home offered some reprieve from the high temperatures outside during your stay. We are so sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced with the shower curtain as well; that would certainly make it hard to take a relaxing shower! Accommodations were outstanding

We stayed for seven nights during the July 4 th holiday. Another couple and my husband and I enjoyed the roomy accommodations that provided a nice seating area, with a fully stocked kitchen ( with pots, pans, flatware, paper towels, etc.) and small outdoor patio. The two bedrooms were spacious and had small desks so we could work remotely when needed. The bathrooms were very clean and the master bath had two sinks. The location was perfect for a walk to city market, restaurants, massages and pedicures. We went mountain biking, hiking, golfing and walked to nearby trails. There was an issue with the elevator, but the key in the unit allows access to all of the doors to the floors. Very secure and safe. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. Highly recommend.

Perfect Ski Condo

I am reluctant to provide an honest review of Chapel Square 220. If I adequately describe how perfect this condo is, the resulting high demand will make it difficult for me to rent again. Unfortunately, out of integrity and appreciation to the owners and iTrip Vactions, I must tell you this is THE PLACE TO STAY. It was truly the perfect ski vacation accommodation. My wife, our youngest son (20), and I stayed in this condo the week prior to Christmas. The condo was immaculately clean and the kitchen well appointed--much more so than the pictures convey. While it was just the 3 of us, the condo can easily support more guests as the living area and both bedrooms are exceptionally large. The 2.5 bathrooms would easily support more guests as well. While ours was a ski trip, this is truly a perfect condo for any time of the year. The spacious balcony overlooking Chapel Square and the hills beyond is beautiful. While we had temperatures below zero most nights, I can imagine sitting out there in the warmer months by the grill enjoying a glass of wine after hiking or biking in the mountains. Many condos will require you to negotiate some stairs. While that is not a challenge for the young or those used to the thin air in the higher altitudes, we really appreciated this condo is serviced by an elevator from the garage or the Square negating the need to schlep any steps. There is also a locker in the garage directly adjacent to the elevator to store your ski equipment. What makes this condo especially appealing is its location. You can literally park your vehicle in the assigned space in the heated garage and leave it for the week. The very well-appointed grocery store is just across the street. There are shops and restaurants in Chapel Square with many more within two blocks of the Square. Even ski rentals at Christy Sports are only a block away. The shuttle to Beaver Creek Resort runs every 30 minutes and the shuttle stop is on the road adjacent to the Square--just steps away from the condo building's ground entrance. The same shuttle stop can be used to take you anywhere within Avon or connect to the Vail shuttle to painlessly enjoy another mountain without having to worry with parking. This is truly the perfect ski condo.

A group of 5 of us stayed here for a thanksgiving ski tri. The location is perfect for Beaver Creek or Vail, easy 10 or 20 min drive to the mt. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great place, my only complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable, they sunk in in the middle. Check in and check out was so easy! Would 100% stay here again.

Well appointed and good-sized unit that had everything we needed. Excellent location - a very short walk to the Beaver Creek skier shuttle, a major grocery store, and an excellent ski shop. Excellent pre-check in communication from property management. Definitely worth a return stay.

Accommodation was very clean, as shown in photos with no issues. Management company provided great communication and quick responses when needed. They could let you know the kitchen is pretty well stocked, even with spices, tea, cocoa mix, but I'm sure that varies. Would definitely rebook again.

We loved this unit! It was so clean and was decorated really cute. Perfect for our ski weekend. Centrally located to everything in Avon, Vail and Beaver Creek. Parking was so convenient, garage was right below the unit. The management company was great. We needed bedding for the pull out couch and they were really responsive and made sure we got what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment has a super location. Next to supermarket, restaurants and ski store. It was bigger than we thought. Laundry was a + to clean all ski clothing. 3 bathrooms also let you get to the mountain faster!!

This is a wonderful property. I was here to offer my daughter a break from the college dorm life and really liked that the bedrooms each had their own bathroom and own entrance to the balcony. They were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect with great restaurants downstairs. We liked having our own reserved spot in the garage. I don’t know how it could be better!

The first unit was not up to standard and we requested to move to a different unit, which happened the next day. We moved to Chapel 220 which was a nice two bedroom unit. We did have a couple of house keeping items which were quickly fixed. we did manage to cook breakfast one morning and the skillet handles were loose and the handle screw needed to be tightened. We did like the unit. Weather was good and we did some hiking and visited several areas close by. Golf was great too. Plenty of good restaurants.

We stayed in unit for month of July 2018. We also had two couples visit us on separate weeks. I repeat what others have said regarding convenient location to City Market and restaurants. Also very comfortable for 2 couples. The complex is kept very clean by staff and is very secure. Unit is fully equipped and elevator is a big plus as is the small fitness area. We particular liked its central location. Vail and Beaver Creek close by and a day trip to Aspen, Leadville or Breck. Plus walkable to weekly summer rodeo.

My family and I stayed in this condo for a week over Christmas and cannot say enough good things about it. It is above a shopping center in Avon, conveniently located next to the shuttle or 5 min from the base of Beaver Creek if you want to drive and park for the day ($35/day). There is one covered parking space for the unit (in the garage), and if you have other vehicles, they will give you a pass to put on dashboard so that you can park in the shopping parking lot (above ground). The beds were great - the master is HUGE. The second bedroom is perfect for kids (it has one full and one day bed). We fit 4 adults in the unit, but the 2nd bedroom was a bit tight for us but we made it work! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and we cooked in the unit several times and found everything we needed. Would highly recommend! The management company is also very quick to respond to questions while you are there which was very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chapel Square. The condo was meticulously clean. The beds and linens were comfortable and high quality. We also found the family room couches to be comfortable and cozy. Chapel square itself was an easy free shuttle ride to Beaver Creek. The bus stop is right in front of Chapel Square parking lot. We also took our car to the Elk lot and shuttle over there a few times as a second option. We were walking distance from grocery store, restaurant and shops. There is a HUGE, empty, walk in closet in master bedroom for clothes, suitcase,etc. We did have a few minor problems but were dealt with so quickly and nicely. itrip was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely rent this unit from them again!

Great Avon Condo!!

Chapel Square 220 was everything we wanted and more in a summer vacation condo. It was close to everything, quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. The designated parking space in the underground garage was a little tight, but we parked in the front lot-not a problem at all. We will definitely be back!

Lots of room with 2 bdrms and 2.5 baths. Everyone had a chance to spread out, but the main room is large enough to get everyone together. Kitchen is well equipped. Good location in Avon. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Close to bus stop for Skiers Express to Beaver Creek Village or gondola over to Bachelor Gulch.

We recently stayed at Chapel Square unit 220. This was our second visit in this unit. The unit is very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the upgrades that were made. Chapel Square is so convientent to local attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores. Robin has been wonderful to work with. She was able to help us with an early check in since our travel plans were changed at the last minute. We had originally planned to come a week later but had to change and come earlier and Robin was so helpful and we appreciate that so much. Leaves were at their peak and we got to see the first snowfall of the season. Great place to stay!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Chapel Square. We love this place. Centrally located, close to a grocery store, good restaurants, and even a Walmart. Our unit #220, had everything we need. It got a little hot late in the day, but fans were provided which made a big difference. Robin was great to work with and was so helpful with anything we needed. We will definetly stay here again.
