We had a great time staying in Steamboat for a small family reunion. The rental was perfect for what we needed! It was cozy but enough room, beds were comfortable, and a great location. The close distance to the shuttle to the mountain and downtown were big wins for us, and the easy check-in and check-out process were great!

We had a lovely stay at Sea Cottage! Location is the name of the game! Steps from a coffee shop, a taco eatery, and just about anything you would want! We walked everywhere. The cottage was clean and well equipped with whatever we needed! Would definitely stay again!

The Condo was exactly as pictured online, only the view was so much better. We arrived and everything was clean & neat. All we had to do was add the groceries. It was when we arose the next morning that the view over the Monterey Country Clubs second fairway was so stunning, the mountains were covered in snow almost down to the desert floor. We’re already planning our return.

The condo was clean and inviting when we first arrived. There was a binder in plain site to refer to for activities, dining, and house rules. The outside was in need of a paint job but very comfortable inside.

Enjoyed our first getaway since Covid for a two week stay at 80968 Hermitage in La Quinta. The house is well equipped and is located just a short drive from Old La Quinta, which offers a number of restaurant options. Communication with property managers was excellent. They were very responsive to a couple of minor issues.
