A nice place close to downtown

A nice place, clean and well kept. There were beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards in our room. Liked the ability to walk to downtown and beaches. Paying for parking is ridiculous and should be part of the rental considering the price you pay. Off-site parking is far-especially if your place is in the back. Plan on buying everything if you plan to cook; spices, condiments, etc.

We really enjoyed our New Year's getaway at this lovely rental. The home was very clean and well stocked. We loved the convenient access to the beach club and the beautiful beach. Thank you for a memorable family visit!

The house was great but the location is even better. Steps away from the beach with close proximity to restaurants.  Pool was a plus. House was clean and check-in/checkout was easy. We loved our stay and would look to stay again in the future.

We used this home as a family vacation with our grown children and their mates. We all live to cook and were so happy to see this place was equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Also, the views were amazing and we even saw a moose in the back yard!

Wonderful location. The view from the back porch is heavenly. Added bonus: they provided a pet gate that allowed us to spend time on the back porch with our pets. Short walk to an uncrowded beach (which is a rarity in FL). Close to the historical district with much to see and do. This vacation spot HAS IT ALL!
