Summer Wind was clean and the perfect location. We had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation. There were three adults and five children. The outdoor showers were great too! ITrip was absolutely fabulous with communication and response time!!!

I loved my stay! Superb location. The space is great for 2 or 3 people. Slopes are walking distance from the apartment. The place is in great conditions. Service is great, management is very nice and helpful. I had a great experience with the iTrip staff from the very beginning until the end.

We enjoyed our stay. Very close walking distance to the Balboa pier and there is a nice little beach on the marina side where the water is calm. Parking in the ally was a plus and if you have a small car it will fit in the garage! 3 nice size bedrooms upstairs and a small room downstairs. My son used the room downstairs for his office.

We visited for some pre-construction meetings on the island. We requested to extend our trip 3 different times and iTrip was very responsive and accommodating. House had everything we need plus nice ocean views from the top deck. The proximity to the BHI Club was great and we even walked there several times.

First time staying in Palmetto Dunes after years of being in Sea Pines. The location was excellent! Close to the beach, Pickleball courts and palmetto dunes is easy access to everything else on the island. The villa was very clean, all amenities as promised and very impressed with stocking of kitchen supplies. Everything you would need for families to stay. We would love to stay there again.
