We enjoyed the condo. There were some technical issues with broken fixture in the master bathroom that were promptly addressed by the property manager. The condo was well equipped and we enjoyed the use of the beach towels and toys.

Unit was very clean and well maintained. Proximity to beach and pool was great. YES! 1 minute walk! The only thing that would keep us from renting 612 again was the Queen bed. (Bedroom could not really accommodate a king) Overall, we had a VERY positive experience.

Loved this wonderful, clean, beautiful villa! Great floor plan and had every amenity we needed and more. Really enjoyed the nice view from the deck! Nice, short walk to the beach. Owners thought of everything to make it so comfortable and inviting. They communicated very well, and had lots of helpful information available. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was wonderful. There was a last minute issue with some pressure washing on our deck which was inaccessible for 1 day. Itrip was very kind to offer a credit for that period of time the deck was off limits. They were VERY responsive to issues that came up with amenities missing in the unit. Plus offering suggestions for some other items we needed (Baby stuff)

Steps from the beach - great layout of house

Had an incredibly relaxing long weekend with the family. House was laid out expertly so kiddos shared room with foosball table and bunk bed and adults had plenty of room to relax. Well stocked kitchen (even had a big stock pot when we made homemade clam chowder) Home is accross the street from a little market if you forget butter or need a soda.
