House was wonderful. We were six adults, two children under five, and a dog. House has a park across the street , a gated yard and a gated pool. House was very clean and everything was in working order. We would stay there again.

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday for a relaxing bachelorette party. First off, the condo is beautiful and spacious. The beach is right there! The balcony is huge with lots of sitting. It's close to all of the fun attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back. I'm hoping to be back next year with my little family. It was more than perfect!

This rental was a perfect base for visiting my parents at nearby Williamette View. It is a stone's thrown from the Trolley Trail which is a wonderful running path. The house was very comfortable - the master bedroom was luxurious and the office in one of the spare bedrooms was great for keeping up with work. Corey was very responsive and friendly. Overall, an excellent place and I will return.

We visited A105 Brooktree and had an awesome time. The condo was spacious enough for all of us and our snow gear. The kitchen's fully stocked with equipment for stay-in meals. The Vail shuttle was a short walk away and ran on 20 minute intervals. It was real convenient to get to the town and mountain. Also, check out the Vail Yeti's if they're playing, lots of fun. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation and the condo was fabulous. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Beautiful views and plenty of room for our families. We had a few minor maintenance issues, but when we called/text maintenance, they were extremely professional and very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo. Thank you so much!
