We stayed here in late-April 2022 for a getaway with some friends. Property is very clean and updated and comfortable. Decorated very nicely and convenient to all of Sea Pines activities. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The Windswept Beach House was a perfect place for me and my teenage son and his friend to stay comfortably for spring break. The house was clean, and as advertised, only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Everything we wanted to do was within 5-8 miles (restaurants, mini golf, a kayak tour, etc). and we stayed busy! The host was very responsive and accessible. We would definitely stay here again!

All aspects of our stay were excellent. One television had a problem with cable reception. After we reported the problem, corrective action was taken promptly. The property we rented was very clean and well-equipped for our stay.

Madeira Bay Resort

We have stayed at the Madeira Bay Resort for the past five years. Unit 305 is very nice, with a great view of the coastal waters. Sara at the front desk is beyond helpful, a real sweetheart. You are right across the street from the gulf and next door to John’s Pass, with free outdoor music everyday. The Mad Beach Fish House is next to the condo also, with great fish and shrimp. Great location close to beach and dining in downtown Sarasota. Liked being within walking distance of grocery store and great coffee shop. Although located on busy corner it was very tranquil walking in the neighborhood. Management was very responsive to requests.
