Excellent location, good rooms

This property is a very short walk to the beach. The beach is very nice with white sand beaches. The property is solid. Very nice kitchen, everything else is OK. There is a patio area which most of the other units do not have. It is right by the maintenance area but it does give quicker access to the beach. I would stay here again.

Nice condo many pots and pans just about all you need. Nice to have you own place during COVID. Some outlet plates were broken, would recommend replacing with metal plates. The light in the dining room had two burnt out lamps. Overall would book again we enjoyed our stay and a great location. David

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. The staff at the resort check in were very kind and helpful. The booking process was super easy. It is very close to skiing and the daycare was top notch.We can't wait to return.

Amazing Stay at Lake Conroe

We had an absolute blast at the lake! Plenty to do in the area as well as a great community pool with rock wall and kids splash area. The little ones loved the bunk room and even a tiny table for their crafts. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk, watching the sunset from our balcony, and a comfortable night inside playing games. 10/10 would come back for a weekend stay!

We stayed 7 nights at the Palms. We had a great family vacation. It is an excellent location, grocery and liquor next door. Pool and hot tub on the premises. Beach right across the street with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Everything went smoothly and we would stay there again.
