This is a wonderful property. I was here to offer my daughter a break from the college dorm life and really liked that the bedrooms each had their own bathroom and own entrance to the balcony. They were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect with great restaurants downstairs. We liked having our own reserved spot in the garage. I don’t know how it could be better!

We enjoyed the home during our summer trip. The big yard was great for our pet. The home was very well stocked and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and the nearby park was an added benefit. The location was great as we were close to Beaver Creek and Vail. The patio was very nice but is in close proximity to the neighbors' patio/hot tub.

The house was perfect for our group of 10! Right across street from beach access, ample parking, walkable to the bars and restaurants, and bathrooms in every room. Highly recommend for your Folly stay.

Beautiful condo, plenty of room for 6 over age of 13. Had little extras that weren’t expected and the view from balcony fantastic. Control panel went out on stove/oven didn’t work one morning, called number and was fixed same day!!!! Beach was awesome and had no other issues!!!!

Thank you so much for a great stay in your home!! We had such a great week. Everything was clean and nice upon arrival. The manager was helpful and communicated well the day of our arrival. The giant deck overlooking the ocean was a great place for yoga or just hanging out. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the hospitality.
