Condo was nice and clean. But the early morning noise of construction was just a little more than we can handle. Would like to come back when it is not so noisy. Also we never found beach towels. But we bought some that we will take home with us. It would be nice to have a safe in the room. Hope to come back.

My husband, toddler & I stayed in this condo and enjoyed our experience! Accommodations were excellent- walking distance to everything- restaurants, grocery, mall! We rented bikes to explore to Aspen downtown and it was a wonderful ride from our condo! We would stay here again! Balcony was peaceful for mountain views!

My son and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is well appointed, clean, roomy and has a great fireplace and hot tub. But the best thing about this place is the views. This has to have one of the best views of the nature preserve and it was wonderful to have coffee and watch the sunrise every morning. You can find a better spot in Kimball Junction.

We recently stayed at San Carlos 303. It was my first booking with iTrip and it won’t be my last. The condo was beautiful and fit every need for our family. The view from our balcony was amazing. Look forward to booking again on our next beach trip.

Nice condo. Living area is nice, and the kitchen is great. Ski in, walk out was great. Ideal for a couple. It is not in walking distance of restaurants, and this unit is not near the parking lot for hauling groceries and luggage. iTrip customer service was very good. They helped us with a couple of small issues very promptly. All in, the unit was a good value.
