WE had a great stay and it was close to where we spent our time. THe condo was clean and well stocked. I have a request. there was a picture of a colorful deer above the fireplace. Can the owner of the condo please advise where I can buy this or at least what company it was purchased from so I could order one. Please. Rhonda

We had wonderful experience in Surf Beach resort. The staff was very helpful and readily available . The condo is fully equipped with all amenities needed for a joyful stay. Highly recommend . Will come back in future!

Awesome location. bus stop right outside, and lots of trails for both hiking and mountain biking at your doorstep. Home is a little old and creaks when anyone walks. And we did not have a fan to keep cool (thats just us - we are used to it). We bought a fan and left it there for other guests to enjoy. Breckenridge is an awesome area. You will enjoy this location. We stayed two weeks and loved it!

The unit was beautiful, everything was fantastic. I did notice tinfoil on the bottom of oven. just an FYI your not supposed to do that cause it could burn out the element. it also states that in the front of the oven. I removed it and left a note about that.
