Had a wonderful time at the condo even though Hurricane Matthew sent me home 2 days early. The condo was perfect and exactly how the pictures looked. Looking from the balcony at the ocean was heavenly. I will be coming back.

The condo was beautifully decorated and fully equipped for a perfect week at the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys and a wagon to pull it across the street in. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you could possibly want. Conveniently located to dining and shopping. Cant wait to come again!

We spent 4 days in this retreat. It was so relaxing and very rewarding to see that perfect view on the river. The only complaint I have is that I stayed at the house all day enjoying the St Johns River and the yard Instead of going to St Augustine for the day!

406 was fantastic!!! We had 6 guests and there was more than enough room. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The decor and furniture appeared to be newer and very nice. The condo was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs we could use. We loved our stay at 406 Las Brisas. We will definitely stay here again.

This unit was fantastic. It comfortably accommodated my family of 7. It is not a beach facing unit, but the beach is literally a 30 second walk away. The hosts provided lots of beach toys, towels, and accessories. We had a great time. Thank you!
