Everything about this place is great. Location is perfect, amenities are great. There was 2 hot tubs but only one worked so did get a little crowded at times. I was there 3 months ago and it wasn't working then either.

We enjoy time in Sanibel and this trip was no exception. We had a few minor kinks this trip, but John Macdonald was always accessible and handled any concern quickly and without interruption to our day. Having John’s ear and support was invaluable. This house is splendid! The bedrooms, the kitchen, the patio, the views, the family room, everything is amazing. We had an awesome time at the end of the year at this property and for sure we will come back.

The property is placed nicely relative to the beach.Road noise is a bit much during the day but at night it is low to none.There is a bit of hardwood floor noise when walking around but that is expected with any old property.I recommend the property for small modest family looking for a good beach stay.
