E-32 is a delightful place to spend your vacation. It has recently been decorated with quality furnishings done in exquisite taste. The appliances are all new and of first class quality. There are lots of dishes, glasses, and pots and pans, even sharp knives. One of the nicest features is the ability to watch the sunset from the enclosed porch. Will definitely come back again.

We enjoyed the hot tub, the beautiful kitchen, the comfortable beds, the fireplace, the tv channels - we watched two seasons of Ted Lasso! We walked to town. We loved the beach. We drove to nearby towns and decided we liked Rockaway the best! The barbecue was great. It was lovely, sweet, comforting and appreciated the flexibility to stay an extra day. This house was perfect for our family. It exceeded all expectations. The house is in a great location, just a few steps to the beach and five minute walk to the restaurants and shops. The house is large, well appointed, and super clean. The hosts were great communicators and very helpful. You can tell they take pride in the house. We will return.

The home accomadated my family very well. When we arrived the home was clean and ready for us. The only thing that would have been better was the pool not being so deep to accomadate families with small children. Other than that everything and everyone was great. Thank you

We *LOVED* our stay here. Pristine, bright, happy & serene. Super easy stroll to the beach. We loved watching the turtles and alligator sunbathing across the pond off the back deck. Owners were super responsive and helpful. Absolutely A+ stay.
