Everything was great and even better then described! We enjoyed the well stocked condo and the comfortable setting on Park Avenue. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early for a. medical problem.. Thank you for making our stay in Park City perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 305 at Kimball Lodge! Great view, great beds, very relaxing! The only one negative is the carpet (as mentioned in other reviews, they are really dirty or stained or both. I would still give the property 5 stars but hope they replace them soon!

Wonderful space, nicely decorated, very clean, pictures accurate. Close to beach access. No ocean view but the real thing is only steps away! Great restaurants un walking distance. We also rented the lower larger unit (903) as we had 9 in our group and it worked out beautifully! Manager and owner very responsive and accommodating. Have no fear in renting this place!

This unit is everything we were told it would be. Top of the line furnishings and all appliances in good working order. The remodeled bathroom is very nice. The beach is just across the street and many fine restaurants close by if you’re not up to cooking in a kitchen that has everything you would need. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

This was our second stay at this great ski house perfect for large group. Very roomy so you can spread out but also comfy. Large up to date kitchen and eating area. 10 people can stay here very comfortably. Convenient to both Beaver Creek and Vail. We expect this will be our go to ski house for years to come.
