Great stay in the heart of Scottsdale

My family and I had a wonderful 2 mos visit to Scottsdale, the townhouse is centrally located but quiet, and within walking distance to Chaparral park, which was great for our kids. It is clean and well equipped; the management company was easy to communicate with and quick in response time. I would recommend it for anyone looking to visit the area!

This is a beautiful, modern, spacious, clean and well managed property. It is even prettier than the photos show. This is our second stay in this unit and look forward to returning again soon. If you enjoy a Keurig coffee maker at home, pack your pods, this unit has one and also full size washer and dryer. Five star rating!

Affordable and decent value, w/a a great location for the mountain. No AC which seemed odd. Decent condition. No elevator. It is not a 1 bedroom, it is a studio....which was fine for our use, but feel the description should have been more clear.

Beautiful Loft

This is a beautiful location and a wonderful place to stay! Our hosts made the loft so comfortable and enjoyable. The bed slept great and the loft was so clean and neat. This neighborhood is unbelievably beautiful. There is a beautiful park close by with lots of walking trails right on the water. We hope to be back in the area again soon and would definitely want to stay here again!

We couldn't have had a more perfect trip to BC, staying at the Highlands Lodge 309. The iTrip team was very responsive with our few questions. The condo had everything we needed/wanted, including amazing views of the mountains and the aspen trees. We will definitely be back.
