The apartment was very nice & comfortable. We loved how close it was to the beach and that we were able to head over there several times a day. We also really appreciate how quickly the host, Loretta, answered our messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral very much. We had never been to this town or area and found it better than expected. Flying into Punta Gorda was easy and our “home” was easy to get to. The community had much to offer and was pedestrian friendly, which as a walker, I appreciated. The pool and lanai area which looked out of the sliders and onto the canal…lovely. We will be back. God bless.

We stayed in unit 3204. The unit itself was great for the 2 of us. All the beach toys, chairs, cooler, towels, etc came in Handy. This location is close to Naples & Ft. Myers beach. Doc's restaurant is across the street & was Very good food. Beautiful views. Beach is OK. Would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in the Sunset Canal Cottage. The decor was beautiful and made the home warm and cozy. Our favorite spot was the patio overlooking the canal. We enjoyed many meals here and even had a few Sudoku challenges too. I also loved being a short drive from the local attractions and only a few blocks from the beach.

The place was fantastic besides the A/C dint work and the windows dint have screens. If it was just adults it wouldn't have been that big of deal. With small children we always had to be careful when they were around so they wouldn't do something dumb like fall out. Other than that it was perfect. Great location, beautiful interior and amenities and the views were amazing!
