Our stay at Island Inn 318 was all we needed for a fantastic 3 day retreat. We were comfortable and had ample space. A great view with quiet surroundings. Courteous staff that met all of our needs. Restaurants and groceries nearby. Check out Willie’s on Corey Street, Stulley’s at John’s Pass and go for grouper at Hurricanes at St Pete’s. The Taco Bus was a great lunch stop.

We enjoyed our time here. The sunsets from the deck were magnificent. Although the condo is small it is very well design and comfortable. The location is very convenient to Resturant’s etc but is in a quiet area.

The villa was clean and well supplied with towels and basic necessities when we arrived. It is in a great location near the tennis club and Harbor Town and a short bike ride to the beach. Very nicely updated as well. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful week at the beach. Appreciated the second floor views of the inlet, spotting multiple alligators. Also enjoyed the short, picturesque walk to the beach. Place is well equipped with beach towels and two beach chairs.

condo was very nice, decorated just adorable ! had everything you needed including your own washer and dryer. great beach and large sun deck......very quiet and relaxing. Love that you put in a code on your door to lock and unlock it and don't have to keep track of keys. Only one suggestion, carpets look dirty ( I think they are clean just stained) new flooring would put it over the top !
