Wonderful stay in Portland

I couldn't sing higher praises about our stay in the Mississippi Villa. The property was stunning. The appliances and finishes are all updated and modern. We loved the "Portland" sign inside with the green backdrop. Great for pictures. Location was also great. short walk away to some great food and bars.

One of the nicest places at the beach

We have stayed in multiple condos in Orange Beach and The Palms 716 is one of the nicest we've experienced. Clean, spacious and a well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture and beds. The balcony is huge and the view can't be beat. We love The Palms because it is a smaller complex than others so you don't end up waiting forever for elevators. Highly recommend!

Great condo rental, on the beach.

Perfect. Everything you need. On the beach; outdoor hot tub for the non-beach husband; 2 sets of pools so never crowded; Publix and Walgreens only blocks away; full kitchen; excellent WIFI for the work that follows us; clean and modern unit. Go for it. We are business people who travel often. We know the difference in ok places and good ones. This is a good one.

Red Tide and Sanibel Island

We were at Sanibel Island during the worst red tide situation early August 2018. The condo was amazing, clean and spacious with all the bells and whistles; however the selling feature of close proximity to the beach was useless to us, as we did not use the beach for any of the 10 days we were there. The beaches were unfit for use due to dead fish all over.

Very easy to get around Scottsdale from this condo! It’s quiet and the condo had everything that we needed. We prepared a few meals and supplemented with great food throughout the area. The property manager was super quick on any responses - didn’t really have any complaints - just questions before the trip - with Covid and all! The check in was effortless! Our 10 days went by FAST!
