Everything was as described and as expected. Great location in Balboa - right on the water and close to everything. We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Would love to stay there again.

our vacation has been nothing but excellent. The house is amazing and everything is very satisfactory! We were very pleased with the prompt service when calling to ask a question about the house. The management even called the next day to ask if everything was good. Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Great amount of space, great location, and really enjoyed the pool available to our family as well. Loved,loved loved the house and the pool. The house is so spacious and the grand kids loved going to the community pool and then coming back to the house and swimming more. So convenient for the parents and Grandma. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great house for quiet holidays

This year was de second time on the road that we stay in this house. We really like it! Its near of everything: beach, supermarket, downtown, shopping. You can go walking and enjoy the neighborhood or just a few minutes by car. The house has big environments; comfortable beds; well equipped kitchen; sun during all the morning in the lanai. It is very comfortable and safety for the kids.
