Valley Escape was everything we wanted and so much more! The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing, and the views were to die for! Why leave the resort when everything you could want to do are right here. The hosts at Itrip were responsive and and answered any questions I had. Will definitely book again!

The bathroom at the pool needs a mirror and it needs to be maintained. There was not toilet paper in the bathroom. I did report it. The remotes need to be checked. We had to request batteries for remotes and thermostat. We had a nice time but these are simple things that need to be fixed.

Great spot for a couple to enjoy a weekend in St. Augustine. Two balconies, comfy bed, convenient to great restaurants and attractions. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere the entire weekend. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!

Our unit 1414 at Jasmine Tower was just as described. They had new furniture in the living room and dining room and the beds were very comfortable. The unit was overall clean except I did go around and wash the baseboards in the bathroom. I would definitely stay in this unit again.
