We were beyond impressed with the Aspens room #232 and the entire property. The location of the property makes it incredibly easy to get to town, ride bikes, or go for a stroll in nature. It felt like everything was close yet we felt secluded in nature as well. Clean, spacious and tons of amenities for a family vacation.

We loved the space! Well decorated and maintained. We appreciated the extra beach towels and chairs! The patio space is lovely, with such pretty landscaping, birds chirping, and rabbits. Felt like our little oasis. Not a bad walk to the beach & appreciated the chairs offered there.

My friends and family had a great time staying at Deer Blvd! The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay. The location was ideal, being located in between Vail and Beaver Creek! We would stay here again and highly recommend others to vacation here as well.

Yoda Beach House.

The Yoda house is amazing and we can not wait to come back for our 5th year in a row! This place is directly on the beach, roomy, comfortable, and well maintained. It is within walking distance to great bars, restaurants, John's Pass, and the gas station. iTrip responds immediatly anytime we've had a question or concern. They are a great company to rent from.

Although we really enjoy staying at 1106 One Ocean Place , this was our second stay , we did not have wifi due to router issues and feel the outside furniture and bedroom carpets could you use updating...We would love to see the above mentioned issues addressed and look forward to vacationing at your property in the near future....
