This condo is amazing ! If you want an awesome beach experience this is the place for a condo it had large bedrooms very nice view the decor is all beach such a pretty place we walked in smelled and looked so clean ! It is everything it says it is ! I would definitely recommend this ocean front condo we loved it . Very well kept the owners should be very proud of this home !

House was great! Manager was great! Was a pleasant experience all around. House was well stocked & had what we needed; really good location to beach & town. Easily walkable even for kids! Planning to rent again in May!

Everything was wonderful as usual! Easy check in using code. Well stocked apartment. Famous view of the beach and the gulf of Mexico! Pool not always open. Easy walking to shops, drugstore and grocery store. I ❤ Florida

Our family’s stay at the Surf Perch was great. The home was well situated in town close to plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops and, of course, the beach! The “checkin” was easy with great communication from the iTrip team and the home was well kept and comfortable.
